All as per item No 01 above but on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old wood surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incluidng necessary preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing old wooden surfaces of girth exc. 10 cm and applying oil staining & synthetic varnishing under coat and finishing coat including wood filler liquid transparent after removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for damp proof waterproofing treatment in external walls as per following procedure in old plasteresd surface or newly plastered surface1. Pre Painting Steps Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Growth of Fungus, Algae or moss should be removed by wire brushing and water. If the Underlying surface exhibits chalkiness, in spite of surface cleaning then use Asian Paints Smartcare Primero. For filling cracks up to 3mm use Asian Paints Crack Seal.* In case of dents and holes use Asian Paints Trucare wall putty suprema. 2. Taking down cement plaster on Brick/ concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish of the MD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engieer-in-charge.

Material and Labour Rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of Brick work/ Concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for comple removal of existing treatment on walls surfaces and applying one coat of distempter oil emulsion on old treated surfaces of any wall including preparation of surface by washing, rubbing down and stooping of distempered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer and 3 mm thick wall care putty on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment of walls,Facias,cornices etc and applying one coat of Anti Fungal Weather Coat Exterior Emulsion paint (Appx-Ultima) on walls over old surfaces as per manufacturer instruction & complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment in any position and mechanical cleaning of surfaces to make it free from any bitumenous felt including backing off the cement plastered surface of any thickness in roofs (other than ground floors), beams, chajjas, staircase,similar suspended work etc surface by roughening,washing down with water and removing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 250metres and not exceeding 500metres complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of exisiting old padding concrete of any thickness of existing water proofing treatment over the RCC slab beams, chajjas, stircase etc by chipping of with proper tools viz chiesel and with applying reasonable force so as to avoid any damages to exiting RCC roof slab complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Cutting cracks to V section in existing roof or terrace, cleaning out and filling solidy with a coat of approved Crack Filler complete all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dr Fixit Crack X Shrink free or Smart care Crack seal

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling / padding course on roof slab, chajjas, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope, kerbs, rounded or chamfered edges, making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including using liquid water proofing compound as directed . Note: supply of Integral water proofing compound will measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded aggregate ) at the junction of all horizontal and vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3mm thick APP pre-fabricated membrane with and including non woven polyester matt central core of 160 gsm (min) impregnated and coated on both sides with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-perforated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces over and including 0.3 litres/Sqm bituminous primer confrming to IS-3384. The weight of APP membrane shall not be less than 3.0 KG/Sqm and laid over and including primed surface by using LPG/Butane torch and apply uniform pressure with roller. The overlap of membrane shall be 100mm on sides and 150mm on end laps. Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2 Kg/Sqm over the membrane and finally applying two coats aluminium paint @0.10 litres/sqm each layer complete as per manufacturers instructionsall as specified and directed .the wqeight of APP membrane shall not be less than 3.0kg/Sqm and laid over and including primed surfaces by using LPG/Butane torch and apply uniform pressure with roller.the over complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Make - Torchshield, Asian paints APP membrane, M/S Sikka india Pvt Ltd (ii) The work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of manufacturer after approval from GE/Engg-In-Charge (iii) Contractor has to submit guarantee of treatment for 10 Years

Material and labour for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same material after dilution of water at 50% of specific primer matching same material as per manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by GE /Engr-in Charge Properties of Poly urethane based chemical shall confirm to following Technical Parameters: (i) Highly elastic (ii) UV resistance (iii) Adhesion to concrete >1N/Sqmm (iv) Tensile strength not less than 2 0 N/Sq mm for free film (v) Elongation not less than 300% (vi) Solid content by weight not less than 60% (vii) Air/water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar 72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0 mm (viii) Accelerated weathering (ASTM 453) Pass 1000 hours (ix) Reaction to fire- non inflammable NOTE : 1.To be applied by the Rep of manufacturer’ s authorized applicator mentioned only. Contractor has to provide manufactrurer’s Test certificate for the above mentioned technical parameters. 2. For accessible terrace and inaccessible terrace. 300 mm height of vertical surface / parapet wall to be treated with same specification of slab 3. Make:- Bostik, Berger, Fosroc, Sika, Asian or any other make approved by E-in-C’s Branch for PU based water proofing treatment

Material and Labour for Cutting/Chipping of the spalled,unsound concrete of slabs,beams,columns ,fins,facia,parapets&chajjas etc, and damaged /distressed plaster by scapping with utmost care to expose reinforcement ,cleaning the rusted reinforcement by rubbing wire brushes or emery paper & cleaning the surfaces of any thickness to receive guniting/plastering and disposal of debris not excedding 500mtrs complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fix for hard drawn steel wire fabric n.exe 4.00 sqm cut to lenth ,bent to shape filling with and including mild steel wire (anealed) not less than 0.90mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing surfaces and applying a coat of Nito Bond AR of M/S Fosroc chemicals or equivalent approved bonding agent as per manufacturers instructions and applying pressure guineting averaging 25mm at a pressure of not less than 6kg/sqm in cement mortor 1:3 with and including suitable bonding agent of M/S sika or equivalent @5% of weight of cement as per manufturer instruction and finishing surfaces rough conforming to proper geometrices including providing double scaffolding and safty measures complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing damaged reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning the existing exposing reinforcement bars of slab,beam,column,chajjas and any other RCC Strucural members by emery paper, fully in the repair area and remove all loose particles and corrosion deposits ,providing two coats of Rust Remover i.e sika rustoff 100 or Dr. Fixit or equivalent and applying epoxy based bonding agent of protective zinc rich proctive coating/primer using Fosroc or Dr. Fixit or equivalent as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of new TMT bars of any dia by welding or inserting by drilling holes and embeded in epoxy grout bonding agent of approved make for all existing reinforcement repair works in any position wherever necessary complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The lap provided shall be 15 cm on either side of bar which has lost its sectional area complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix for slurry tight formwork which shall not deform or leak due to pressure of micro concrete shall be fabricated and erected in position. Provision shall be made for a suitable feed hopper for pouring in the micro concrete in the formwork. The form work shall be coated with Nafuplan UST liquid for steel surfaces, Nafuplan-K for wooden surfaces or Fosroc Reebol mould releasing agent or equivalent releasing agent prior to final fixing in position as per manufacturers instruction. Proper supporting arrangements to be made for keeping the shutter in correct line and length complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for Non shrink ,cementitious micro concrete material comprising 10 mm down graded aggregate chips, pouring in a continuous operation with a grout/ concrete mixer of low speed heavy duty drum fitted with suitable paddle shall be kept ready and chips slowly mixed in the drum throughly in a forced action. The mixed materials shall be placed immediately in to the position formwork continuously without any time gap complete for an average thickness of 80 - 100 mm including finishing the exposed surface to an even and smooth surface completely all as per manufacturers instructions including providing double scaffolding and safty measures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. The micro concrete shall be Shikacrete-114 AE or Dr. Fixit Micro Concrete or equivalent of Manufactured by Fosroc or Bouchemie.

Taking down CI/PVC pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings ,, heads, shoes, bends, socket etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engg in Charge.
