ONSITE MAKING OF 3-SEATER PORTABLE WORKSTATIONS

• Providing and assembling in-position 3-seater portable workstation. • Providing and assembling in-position 3-seater workstation made using 19 mm thick Boiling Water-Resistant (BWR) plywood for all sides, tabletop, keyboard tray, footrest as per diagram with sliding provision for keyboard tray. • Table will be made to a height of 0.75 metres with user space of 0.77 metres for 3-seater portable workstation and 1.18 mm for 3-seater portable workstation. • Providing and fixing tabletop portable mini partition to a height of 0.30 metres with 19 mm thick Boiling Water-Resistant (BWR) plywood. • Inner surfaces of the Table will be finished with plain lamination using 1 mm thick Mica plywood laminate sheet and Outer Surfaces will be finished with 1 mm thick design laminated matt finished Mica sheet. • Edges of the Table and Leg Rest will be finished with Teakwood Beadings duly polished and complete. Edges of Keyboard Tray will be finished with plain lamination using 1 mm thick Mica plywood laminate sheet. • Keyboard should be fixed using appropriate Sliding Channel. • Provision of 65 mm holes on tabletop for running wires and cables with suitable Plastic Cup as per the diagram. • Provision of opening for 4” inch CMS box for Legs for running wires and cables as per the diagram. • The rates are inclusive of G.S.T, materials, wastages, labour, and transport charges for completion of work at site i.e., National Institute of Technology Puducherry Campus. • Plywood to be used: CenturyPly / Kitply Gold / Green Ply • Mica Sheet to be used: CenturyPly / Sunmica / Greenlam • Keyboard Sliding Channel to be used: Godrej
