Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified. Note :- Work will be carried out upto 2nd storey of bldgs also as per pirection of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Rendering 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls in two layers, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Rendering cement plaster, 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified.

Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface ceilings, in cement mortar 1:3 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Water proofing compound liquid.

M&L for repairing of concrete surfaces such as balcony,chajjas, upward or downward facias ,column, pillar, ceiling and similar items with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 including minimum reinforcement or rendering 10-15mm thick as per site requirement in CM 1:3 without using extra cement finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed (Up to second storey bldgs and including necessory formwork and scaffolding and provision of minimum reinforcement required as per site condition also taking down or dismantling as required at site).

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any discription ground to 2nd floors and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence premises complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC M-15, nominal mix, type B-1(1:2:4), using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, break in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roof and not exc. 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc. 10cm but n.exc. 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster/demolition of cement concrete any thickness and removal of debris off the premises including grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt/dust.

M&L Rendering 15mm thck in CM 1:4 on Concrete surfaces of roof finished fair & even and including mixing of water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment in the following sequences:- (a) Applying 1st course of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm cover the surface till the surface properly impregnated and insolvent oil primer evoporate completely (bi) Applying 2nd coat of blown 85/25 graded bitumen confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (C) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of newly sufrace of APP Membrane and applying two coats of water based bituminious alumunium paint @ 200 ml per sqm etc

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material from the work site ouside defence premises complete all as specified.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm Plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specifications and drawing including making good to disturbed surface of walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over and incl 20mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as spd & dir.

Preparation of new painted wooden surfaces having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including necessry putty filling with knife of same colour where required to achieve smooth and even surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on wood surfaces of any description over a coat of pink primer ( up to 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new painted steel surfaces having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including necessry rubbing with sand paper or grinding by hand grinder to achieve smooth and even surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer ( up to 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman. Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm high including obliterating old writing of any description n.exc 0.2 Sqm with paint to match existing work complete all as specified Such as NP-02,P-101,T-104

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in slope of 1:20 and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making joint at 3m interval and at each corner the joint shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling to full depth (comprising one part hot blown bitumen 85/25 and two part of sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and de-sluding of existing septic tank completely for solid/liquid sludge of any depth by pumping from inside the septic tank and removal of sludge to a distance exc. 1.0 KM outside defence land by mechnically (trolly mounted) and depositing / buried in and including excavated pits (required size and depth) of any type of soil. Top layer of excavation pit covered by layer of 150mm depth earth spreading with bleaching powder @ 200 gm per sqm for disinfection purpose including taking down cover slab and refixing the same in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Spreading of unslacked lime powder around septic tank and antibotic materials to kill smell etc and to make hygienically. 2. The labour to be engaged shall have properly insurance cover at contractors's cost. Contractor shall produce a certified copy of insurance documents. 3. The work taken in hand once shall be completed on same day and in no case carried over to next days. Failling which a penality of Rs 1000/day/location shall be imposed. 4. The mode of measurment shall be as inner volume of tank etc which has been cleaned.

Systamatically cleaning and de-silting-sludge of blocked sewage pipe line 100 to 300 mm dia and any depth including taking out sludge/silt and other foreign materials from sewage line by rodding with using steel rod or split bamboo sticks thoroughly from both sides between adjacent manholes still clear flow of sewage line is observed passing knots kamti and disc of required size or pumping out liquid waste / sewage plugging and diverting the flow to the drain if necessary and stacking the removed silt / sludge in deposits out side defence land as directed including taking precautionally measures such as safety belts dry cell for lighting inside the manholes and drain etc. sprinking bleaching powder on the silt/sludge to removed to avoid bad smell and disposal of sludge, complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rate deemed to be inclusive of excavation of earth pits and bleaching powder if required for disposal of sludge)

Cleaning of blockage of WCs including P & S traps, floor/gully traps of any size and depth up to and including 1st manhole with necessary T&P as per the site requirement, complete all as specified and directed. Note- Cost of cleaning of 1st manhole shall be deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate of this item quoted by the tenderer)
