M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings,foundation, plinth course, damp proof course, bed blocks, benching, PCC cills and similar items.

S&F for 10mm thick polycoarbonate sheet of and colour having tensile as per manufacture instructions as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified or as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debrish from the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished using wpc ( wpc to be paid measured and seperately) even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified ( Externally)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Apex) over a coat of primer and 2 to 3mm thich wall care putty.
