Item No 1 : M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional antitermite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.50 litres per square metre of the vertical surface of the sub structure to a depth of 300 mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding or including drilling plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 02:- M&L for post construction Anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 03 : Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04:- Repair & rehabilitation of existing old damaged concrete surfaces of ceiling of any description as follows:- (i) Chipped off the old damaged surface of structural member of wall / ceiling / columns / beams and remove the rust by passivating rust remover (Sika Rust off-100) and applying one coat of anticorrossive treatment by zinc rich primer (Friazinc-R). (ii) Application of two coat of sika slurry coating / bond coat on surface with mixer of sika latex power: Water:Cement in the ratio of 1:4:8 as per manufacturer instruction. (iii) Repair the surface by polymer mortar in ratio of cement and sand 1:4 and mixer of Sika latex power diluted in water with ratio of sika latex power : water is 1:6 complete as per manufacturer instruction and making surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Sika or its equivalent as per Group-I of list of make.)

Item No 05:- Application of epoxy bonding primer for old to new concrete bonding (Sikadur-32LP) as manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Sika or its equivalent as per Group-I of list of make.)

Item No 06:- M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 07 :- M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling of brick or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Item No 08 : M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Item No. 09 :- M&L for preparing of newly plastered surfaces and apply two coat of oil bound acrylic distemper white or tinted on walls over primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 10 :- M&L for preparing of old plastered surfaces and apply one coat of oil bound acrylic distemper white or tinted on walls over primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 11 :- M&L for preparing of newly plastered surfaces and apply two coat of oil bound acrylic distemper white or tinted on ceiling over primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 12 :- M&L for preparing of old plastered surfaces and apply one coat of oil bound acrylic distemper white or tinted on ceiling over primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 13 :- M&L for preparing of new plastered surfaces and apply two coat of cement based paint after one coat of white primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 16 : Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 17 :- Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified

Item No. 18 - S&F pressed steel frames of size 125 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including one shop coat of priming complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 19 : S&F 35 mm thick second class hard wood rail and style plain framed factory made panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commerical ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 20 :- M&L 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc with out sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I section 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and direct

Item No 21 : S&F Solid PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supply & fixing in opening as per specification & fixing in opening complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 22 :- S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC “C” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, S & F in the frame as shown on drawing in section 8 of SSR-2010 Part-II complete all as specified and directed

Item No 36 : M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 37 :- M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 38 :- M&L plaster 15mm thick in one layer CM (1:4) on concrete surface over slab with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including application of cement slurry @3kg/sqm after removing existing and cleaning, sweeping the old RCC slab to remove dust before application of plaster complete. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separtely.

Item No 39 :- M&L for providing water proof ing treatment over cleaned roof surfaces with super thermo APP modified water froofing membran compressing of following for non-approachable roof. (i) cleaning sweeping and washing and down with water to remove all dust etc from plastred roof surfaces/wall and filling of crack with sealing compound etc. (ii) bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 at 0.30 kg per sqm. (iii) one layer of super thermo APP modified water proofing membran with non polyster reinforcement of Make (M/S STP texsa Ltd/hyperplus membrene of M/S IWL India Ltd. M/s STP and Tikki Tar Ltd) 3mm thick and minimum weight @ 3.50 Kg/sqm laid with gas torch and Pasted on roof surfaces with roller. The over laps shall be sealed by flame including vertical surfaces after cutting necessary grooving and making good with PCC gola 1:2:4 type B1 etc adhere to bitumen all as per manufacturer instruction. (iv) Applying two coat ofaluminiu paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm per coat over bitumen layers as per manufacturer instruction (application including sider lap overlaps shall be provided not less than 10cm and jointed sesaled with troch as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 40 - Dismantling ceiling and wall boards of any type or any thickness including cover fillets complete all as speified and directed

Item No 51 :- S & F Pre-Painted green or TC red colour fibre reinforce cement non - asbestos top ridge (NK 10) eco freindly, 6 mm thick as per IS 14871:2000, manufactured using autoclave technology as in roof covering, fixed with self-drilling screws and EPDM washer as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 52 :- S&F bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture,1:3 by weight, 8 cm x 8 cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surface complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 134 :- Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN / Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs /MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed at site.
