Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and boiling water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and life of 2 m and clearing and levelling etc complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and filling of Gravel including watering tamping, etc complete as per standard specification.

Providing and Filling in foundation with Soling stone / trap broken metal 40mm to 80mm. and down size, with approved sand including hand packing, ramming, watering, including cost of all materials and labour with all lead and lift. complete as per specifications.

Formation of Filter layer for rubble mound groin with quarry run hard blue granite stone of weight 10 Kg to 50 kg having a specific gravity of not less than 2.65 as per approved design and drawing including quarrying, loading, transporting by tippers/lorries weighing in the electronic weigh bridge for measurement, dumping, placing in position to required level, profile and finishing the side slopes 1 : 2 on both sides with necessary equipment and devices as per the drawing and specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is also inclusive of placing, sectioning and finishing with necessary equipment and devices and hire and operational changes of tools and plants etc ( The payment shall be made on weight basis (ie) laden weight minus unladden weight). The contractor has to make his own arrangements for weigh bridge.

Formation of Core layer for rubble mound groin with hard blue granite stone of weight ranging from 50 Kg to 100 kg having a specific gravity of not less than 2.65 and as nearly cubical as possible as per approved design and drawing. The rate is inclusive of quarrying, loading at quarry using crane and other tools and plants as required, transporting by tippers/ lorries weighing on the electronic weigh bridge for measurement, Unloading/dumping placing in position to required level, profile and finishing the side slopes of 1 : 2 using crane and floating equipment and devices as per the drawing and specification etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is inclusive of placing sectioning and finishing with necessary equipments and devices and hire and operational charges of tools and plants etc. (The payment shall be made on weight basis (ie) ladden weight minus unladden weight). Formation of Armour layer for rubble mound groin with hard blue granite stone of weight ranging from 250 kg to 500 kg having a specific gravity of not less than 2.65 and as nearly cubical as possible as per approved design and drawing. The rate is inclusive of quarrying, loading at quarry using crane and other tools and plants as required, transporting by tippers/ lorries weighing on the electronic weigh bridge for measurement, Unloading/dumping placing in position to required level, profile and finishing the side slopes of 1 : 2 using crane and floating equipment and devices as per the drawing and specification etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. Earthwork excavation by manual means in ordinary soil involving an average horizontal throw upto 2 meters and an average lift upto 0.5 m, excavated surface levelled and sides neatly dressed, the disposed earth to be levelled neatly after breaking of clods complete as per specifications.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material Gravel /Murrum with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement complete as per specifications (including cost of earth, watering charges & compaction by vibratory roller)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing 40mm coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications. For Grading II Material

Providing WBM For 75mm thick in Bottom layer laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per Specifications.

Providing WBM For 75mm thick in top layer laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per Specifications.

Providing and applying tack coat on granular surface treated with primer at 4kg per 10 sqm heating bitumen in boiler fitted with spray set (excluding cleaning of road surface) including of cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries complete as per specifications.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam on prepared surface with crushed coarse aggregates as per design mix formula for base / binding course including of aggregates with F.E loader, hot mixing of stone sggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant 40 tonne capacity, transporting the mixed material in tipper to paver and laying mixed materials with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling by power roller to achieve the desired density, 75 mm compacted thickness with 3.3% bitumen but excluding cost of primer/ tack coat with lead upto 1 km including cost of materials, labour, HOM of machineries complete as per specifications.

Providing and laying wearing coat of semi dense bituminous concrete 20 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor conrol to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per specification etc complete in all respects complete as per specifications. with 80/100 grade bitumen using 40-60 HMP
