Two coats of good quality of enamel paint of 25 microns per coat. (Shades can be selected as per requirement and instruction of EIC and colour coding). Minimum DFT is 120 microns.

c) Intermediate coat:
Two coats of Glass Flake Epoxy with Phenalkamine Hardener - min DFT 200 microns per coat (Total min DFT 400 microns).
d) Finish coat:
Two Coats of Aliphatic Acrylic Polyurethane (min vol solids 55%) in glossy finish -min DFT 30 microns per coat (Total min DFT 60 microns).(Shades can be selected as per requirement and instruction of EIC and colour coding).
