SUB HEAD:I-SUPPLY OF CABLES : Supply of 5 KV grade single core, stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed underground airfield lighting cable generally confirming to IS 1554 Part II - 1981 with upto date amendments as required of the following

SUB HEAD:II- Supply of Airfiled Lights: Supply of unidirectional elevated type high intensity APN approach light fittings for use with 200W 6.6A halogen type lamp, complete with all accessories with including lamp and clear or green spreader lens and CI base plate as required.

Supply of Bi-directional elevated type high intensity AUN Runway Edge light fitting suitable for use with 200W 6.6 halogen lamp complete with all acessories including lamp and lenses and filters and CI base plate as required.

Supply of 180º filter-red for AUN Runway fittings as required.

Supply of 180º filter-green for AUN Runway fittings as required.

Supply of 180º filter-yellow for AUN Runway fittings as required.

Supply of Clear spreader lens for APN Aproach Fittings.

Supply of Greeen Spreader lens for APN threshold fittings.

SUB HEAD:III- LAYING OF CABLES AND ASSOCIATED WORKS Laying of one number 5 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor underground airfield lighting cable direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number 5 KV grade, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor underground airfield lighting cable in all kind of PIPE etc., as reqd.

Laying of one number 5 KV grade, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor underground airfield lighting cable in in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of 50mm dia GI pipe (medium class) complete with GI fittings in the existing excavated trench etc. as required.

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of outdoor feeder pillar type cable loop-in-loop box fabricated out of 2mm thick Ms sheet of size 600mm x 600mm x 350 mm(depth) ,dust and vermin proof, suitable for termination of AFL cable mounted on suitable size of angle iron frame supports of height 750 mm and grouting the same to ground with PCC 1:2:4 etc complete as required.

Supply of Alignment Device for APN Elevated Runway Approach/Threshold/End Lights

Supply of 6 sq.mm size , 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core following size copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required.

Making field connections by crimping of 6 sq.mm size plug & receptable with existing PVC insulated & PVC sheathed standard copper conductor of single core of 5 KV grade including filling the gap with water sealent material & applying PVC insulation HT tape etc. as required
