Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embeded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as spd and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC Type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and packing of fencing post or other works, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screws etc wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron filets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S & F 5 to 10 mm dia mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 5 cm but n. exc. 10 cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Chimney bars (straight or camber) : bearing bars; tongues or water bars for window frames, window guard bars, bars for chain link fencing plain, let in and fixed independently in wooden frames, L or T section supports for shelves etc and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cms in width or girth not otherwise described and apply two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick/stone works masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work using sub class B brick curved or straight on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cm (1:6). complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto as per item above but except brick, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on wall of brick work or concrete surface, finished fair and even all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing the old surfaces by complete removel of existing treatment and applying one coats of cement bsed paint on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410 Gde E-250 (quality A), complete all as specified and directed.

Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface in Skirting/Dados 350mmx250mmx7mm /450x350x7mm thick over and including10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4); set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised stand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbes at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire stapples or steel pins etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured seperately) , complete all as specified and directed.
