Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) n. exc 1.50 Sqm each with and including including making good the disturbed surfaces as original with CM (1:6) or PCC (1:2:4) type B0 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames (any type) exc 1.5 sqm & n. exc 4 Sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames & removing from site including making good to disturbed jambs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description, exc 1sq.m and n.exc 2 sq.m each and removal from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood 35 mm thk Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc (with sash bars) edges but divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8 Clause 8.24(a), fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel butt hinges medium weight of size 125 mm fixed with stainless screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 250 mm long stainless steel sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts & sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.
