Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper on interior wall surfaces over a coat of primer over applying white wall putty to achieve smooth finish surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, soffits of chajja, cornices etc and applying two coats of exterior weather roof paint over a coat primer white or tinted upto two storey building including scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old surfaces of roof tiles and foot path tiles and applying one coat of exterior weather roof tile guard paint any colour complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing of plaster of paris, ornamenal mouldings (cornices), carving surfaces, circular or curved shape, at junction of wall and ceiling/at arches as per existing matching at site, in proper alignment, not exc 15cm width or girth all as directed

M&L for rough and smooth grinding polishing to existing kota stone/terrazo /marble/ Mosaic floor including filling with white cement with pigment before grinding, polishing and finally with beewax polishing etc complete all as directed.

M&L for rough and smooth grinding polishing to existing marble/Grainte wall/gate piller including filling with white cement with pigment before grinding, polishing and finally with beewax polishing etc including necessarry scaffolding arrangement complete all as directed.

M & L for scrapping/ taking down carefully of damaged loosed cement concrete and RCC substrata in and around spalled area and disposal of scrapped/ damaged materials obtained and cleaning with emery cloth and sand paper of exposed corroded re-bars by chiseling out enough cavity to access entire dia of corroded re-bars and applying pidilite silicon over cleaned exposed re-bars for corrosion prevention and rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per the manufactures instructions and applying surface finishes to match the existing surface. Note :- a) Steel used for re-bars and liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid seperately. b) Scaffolding required for repair work upto tripple storeyed building and over head tank is inclusive in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over of grade Fe 500, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M & L for hydraulically pressed burnt clay tile plain of size 200 x 200 x 19/20mm machine made laid over and including cement mortar screed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with 5% of Dr fixit (including supply) by weight of cement including dismantling of existing damaged tiles with backing all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing roof treatment of any description completely and remove all the debries from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for water prooofing of flat/slope RCC roof surface including surface preparation to remove dust and loose particle with wire brush and by brooming with light air pressure and applying water proof chemicals to fill the fine pores and cracks and forms an impervious monolithic membrane inside the roof by spraying nano particles using a low pressure, after that one coat of acrylitic based primer and three coats of Dr Fixit New coat (each coat in different shades) or Equivalent etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for 40mm (average) thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course over the roof slab mixed with Liquid water proofing admixture to the leveling course while the concrete is green, finsihed fair and even without using extra cement and atleast 15days water ponding is required after laying of concrete all as direced and specified by Engg in Charge. Note : Liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for removing and cleaning of existing crumple section and filling the joints and sealed with WAPSEAL PS (Polysulphide) sealent. Make : WAPSEAL PS (Polysulphide), Pidiseal 41G or Equivalent. Note : The work to be carried out by authorised applicator.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick wall ,etc. including racking out jionts, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick walls or concrete surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing admixture (as per manufactures instructions) all as specified finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Note : Liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of Chalk whiting primer on external surfaces of walls.
