Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm including cutting the patch & preparing & plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4 coarse sand. ( Internal & External Plaster). All work upto floor V level.

Flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement for flat tile bricks on top of mud phaska:With F.P.S. brick tiles

Dismantling old plaster & tiles already fixed on walls at site over which new tiles have to be fixed and also disposal of dismantled material obtained from the work to the dumping Site as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

P/F 1st quality 250 x 330 mm/ 250 x 375 mm Ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 13753 of min. thickness 5mm of approved make (Johnson /Somany/ Khajaria) and colour/shades as required on walls/ Dados etc . as required over 12mm thick bed of C:M 1:3 & jointing with Grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg /sqm including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete. The sample of the tile to be used is laying in the office of the Engineer in charge and can be seen before submitting the tenders.

40 mm thick cement concrete Flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement

Supply & filling dry brick aggregates of size 40mm nominal in sunken portion of the wash Rooms

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600 mm (8-10 mm thick) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make (Johnson/RAK/Kajaria) in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and laying Raj Nagar plain White Marble stone Flooring with 16 mm thick (average) laid over 20 mm base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) & jointed with cement slurry joints finished with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, granite polishing to give high gloss finish complete. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of wastege. All works upto Floor V level.

Renewing bars, style of Glazed/wire Gauge/paneled shutters of following sizes including refixing the same, 35mm thick (Using Second class Deodar wood) including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac) 3” x 11/2”

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per Sqm to window frames etc. including 62x19 mm beading of second class teak wood.

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: Float Glass panes of Thickness 4mm (weighing 10 Kg/Sqm)

Replacing old damaged wooden frames with 2nd class Sal wood including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Removing dry / Oil bound Distemper / water proofing cement paint and like by scrapping , sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. complete,

Providing & applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth.

Distempering with O.B. Distemper washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade new work (two or more coats) over & including priming coat with cement primer

Painting with Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand and Manufacture to give an even shade one or more coats on old work Wood work
