Operation and Maintenance Services for the Water and Sewage Treatment Plant in the Administrative Building compound at Greams Road Chennai 06 for the year 2022-23.SW. Carrying out petty civil works .

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

(a) For fixed portion- Powder coated aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Applying priming coat :

With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with high gloss enamel paint of satin finish (over aluminium surface ) of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two or more coats under coat of suitable primer of approved brand and manufacture.

One coat.

Labour charges for shifting of surplus/unwanted materials like particle boards, glass panels, partition materials, false ceiling boards, ANG doors, PVC flooring sheets and modular workstation materials, etc., from CTS building to first basement of Admn building. (a) Beldars

Labour charges for cleaning of Aluminium partions, modular workstation, tables, chairs, aluminium materials, flooring, etc., at 3rd floor of CTS building. (a) Beldars

Extra for using 5 mm frosted glass instead of plain glass in panels of partitions of approved brand and all as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Shifting of steel racks of size 4 x 1.5 x 7 feet from 3rd and 4th floor of Admn building to 3rd floor of CTS building including cleaning of the surfaces with soap solution/collin and painting with synthetic enamel paint of two or more coats to give a smooth surface, etc., complete, all as directed by the Engineer-in charge.
