S&F ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods (2 ft to 3 ft) as per site requirement, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Minimum air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five-star rated with brushless direct current (BLDC) motor, complete all as specified and directed including taking down the existing ceiling fan and depositing the same in MES store.

S&F heavy-duty exhaust fan, 95 W, AC single phase, 230 V, size 300 mm, 1400 RPM (steel body), IP55, including fixing louvers/shutters complete with frame for exhaust fan and air delivery 1950 m³/hr, aerodynamically balanced impellers and blades, connected with flexible cord of size 23/0/0076 stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated, of length not less than 0.7 m, complete all as specified and directed including taking down the existing exhaust fan and depositing the same in MES store.

S&F 3-phase heavy-duty industrial duct type axial fan of size 450 mm, 380 W, 1400 RPM (steel body) with aluminium casting blade including fixing louvers/shutters, duct mounted type complete with frame with air delivery 4000 CFM, aerodynamically balanced impellers and blades connected complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge, including taking down existing industrial duct type axial fan and depositing the same in MES store.

S&F 3-phase, 0.5 HP motor Direct-On-Line (DOL) starter, 1–1.6 Amp, for industrial exhaust fans, complete in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F 2.5 sqmm, 4-core FR flexible copper cable, fixed in wall properly with clamps and all connected accessories, complete in repair all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of concrete block walling, brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, set in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Item No. 07 above, but using serviceable precast blocks obtained from Item No. 07 above instead of new precast blocks, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specified, and removing debris outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in cover slabs (for manholes, etc.), shelves, and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar (1:6), including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.
