Supplying, fitting and placing with MS bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technicalspecification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 including bending for proper and necessary completion of the work and including supply of steel and wastages, bends, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measurised as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete (Grade M20) in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone- III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm (3/4") guage approved stone ballast in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in haviear beam excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending. But including its fixing and binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work Excluding cost of binding wire. si no. 286
