M&L for the roof surface thoroughly wire brushed, washed and dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive bituminous primer, apply bituminous based cold applied primer @ 270 to 300 gms/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP all as per manufacturers instructions. Laying 5 layered, 4 mm thick APP (A tactic poly propylene) modified membrane reinforced with 180 GSM (Gms/Sqm) of non woven polyester mat, applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane with an overlap of 75mm in longitudinal direction complete all as specified and as directed. Material & labour for providing and applying jacketing around columns / beams / other RCC members with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor / deficient reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification complete.
