Dismantling posts or struts (steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good the disturbed surface.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast block walling built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth for foundation, etc or for shaft ,walls ,cesspits ,manholes ,pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete design mix solid block masonary exceeding 10 cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 of Gde E-5 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on fair faces of block masonary or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel posts, struts, rafter and purlins in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mess etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc, and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including formwork for fixing MS post etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel flats confirming to Fe-410 (O) or Fe-310 (O) as in fillets for securing mess with post /struts in fencing including cutting to tops and end to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire, wind ties for roofing etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, for securing mess with post /struts in fencing to posts etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Line wires shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only".

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing,any size or type as approved by GE complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in doors, gates, grill including welding, rebating, bolting, panelling and fixing complete including welding with hinges and locking arrangement on MS frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant primer paint complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing outside MOD Land at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) cover slabs and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Providing, precast reinforced cement concrete type B1 , 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs copings, bed plates, kerbs etc set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seprately)

S&F mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips - Deformed or twisted bars
