COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS TO DG SETS, AMF PANELS OF VARIOUS CAPACITIES INCLUDING NECESSARY SPARES REPAIRS

M&L for Comprehensive maintenance of 125 KVA DG sets for routine/preventive maintenance checks at least once in a month, checking up of engine and alternator for trouble free functioning and attending break downs/ complaints as and when required for smooth functioning, servicing (Oil Changing of DG sets once in contract period) all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The comprehensive maintenance includes the following works:- Note :-(a) Taking out & removing unserviceable/defective parts/spares, cleaning, servicing, de-scaling of water jackets, oiling and greasing of necessary parts, refixing the serviceable parts in position after servicing, replacement of unserviceable parts including draining-out of existing engine oil and filling new engine oil of same grade and filters, refixing of all accessories, making functional and testing on full load complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge (b) The Item rate quoted includes of fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new part. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch "A" as supply only., but the quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts small springs, "O" rings, screws/ gaskets/ packing/studs etc. (c) Engine oil shall be drained out carefully, collected by the contractor in his own suitable containers and stored properly for checking serviceability including cleaning of oil sumps by pouring kerosene oil all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (d) Fresh engine oil replaced by DG sets shall be supplied by the contractor as "Supply only" and shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item of Sch "A". However the cost of filling is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor for above item (e) All servicing of DG set shall be done by the reputed staff of OEM.

Taking down unserviceable self starter 12 Volt for servicing and replacement of old carbon brushes, banteak, bearing and contract blades etc incl replacing of burnt winding as per existing gauge and re-fixing the after servicing and replacement of unserviceable parts of capacity 7.5 to 40 KVA

Taking down unserviceable self starter 12 Volt for servicing and replacement of old carbon brushes, benteak, bearing and contract blades etc incl replacing of burnt winding as per existing gauge and re-fixing the after servicing and replacement of unserviceable parts of capacity 62.5 to 125 KVA

Supply only Maintenance free Battery of capacity 100 AH 12 V. Make Exide/Amaron or equivalent

M&L Automatic voltage Regulator with voltage stability/adjustent for 62.5 to 125 KV DG set as per OEM Model /equivalent model in other makes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Cahrge.

Supply only flexible fuel pipes with banjo bolts and nuts as per sample length and size to meet the requirement of site condition.

M & L for servicing of 7.5 to 40 KVA DG Set radiator assembly complete for cleaning, cooling water spaces, and replace unservicieable rubber hose, pipes, circlip, clamps, cleaning of radiator mix with appropriate cleaning agent, de-scaling by means of scale solvent as well as neutralizing agent to arrest leakages by means of brazing etc. all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: (i) These servicing includes necessary replacement of gaskets, sealing rings, cleaning (ii) Rubber hose will be measured and paid separately .

Supply &Fix Plug in relay 12 V DC 8/11 pins suitable for AMF Panels for DG upto 125KVA

Supply &Fix Contactor suitable of 100 Amps suitable for AMF Panel

Supply &Fix MCCB 4 pole with thermal magnetic protection of cap 160 Amps 36 KA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in Hard/dens soil for laying of UG cables.

Returning, filling in, including removing vegetation roots, sieving, spreading, leveling, upto 18 cm thickness for cable cushioning with the soil excavated under item No.36 above.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply and laid well burnt bricks sub-class 'B' designation 75 for cable protection, brick shall be laid dry flat as width of brick eqals to the length of cable and the gap between adjacent brick shall not exceeded 10 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for riddled earth filling in trenches above and below the cable as in cable protection. Note:- Punned thickness shall be mesured and paid.

Taking out care fully old existing LT cable of any size from the trenches by removing bricks and keeping cable & bricks aside for re-use or for taking credit complete.
