Service & Overhauling of Delivery Sluice Valve of Shiva Durga Make size 400 mm Dia at Rohini Sector – 23 SPS. Removing of Handle of sluice valve spindle. Removing of sluice valves after removing of nut bolts by manual labour etc. & cutting of all nut bolts of upper dome of sluice valve body, Gland Housing and Gland Plate Bolts. Lifting arrangement for lifting upper dome with chain block with the help of manual labour and put to safer side in the clear water channel etc. as per site requirement.

Repairing of seat of G.M. bush by repairing of G.M. Bush in the rotary handle & making proper check nut of C.I. handle with proper fixing etc. as required.

Supply of Rubber Packing of upper dome and main C.I Body of sluice valve.

Supply of Nut Bolts.

Fixing of Sluice Valve inside of C.I Body by chain block with lifting arrangement with manual labour. Fixing of Rubber Packing and upper dome by chain block with proper arrangement along with G.M Nut and Spindle & tightening of nut bolts with spanner, fixing of Gland Dori and Gland Plate etc. with the help of manual labour arrangement etc. as required by job.

Service & Overhauling Delivery Sluice Valve of Shiva Durga Make size 450 mm Dia at Rohini Sector – 23 SPS. Removing of Handle of sluice valve spindle. Removing of drive gear box of the top of sluice valves after removing of nut bolts by manual labour etc. & cutting of all nut bolts of upper dome of sluice valve body, Gland Housing and Gland Plate Bolts. Lifting arrangement for lifting upper dome with chain block with the help of manual labour and put to safer side in the clear water channel etc. as per site requirement.

Supply of Thrust Bearing No. 51214. Make – SKF/FAG

Repairing of Gear Box by cleaning of all gears and repairing of damaged teeth of gear, replacement of bearings, repairing of bearings seat by fixing of C.I Bush, chuck nut etc. as per site requirement. Repairing of worm bevel gear bore slot, key way and other items etc. Assembling of complete gear box after its repairing / replacement of its all unusable parts.

Removing of drive gear box of the top of sluice valves after removing of nut bolts by manual labour etc. & cutting of all nut bolts of upper dome of sluice valve body, Gland Housing and Gland Plate Bolts. Lifting arrangement for lifting upper dome with chain block with the help of manual labour and put to safer side in the clear water channel etc. as per site requirement.

Repairing of 400 mm dia Shiva Durga NRV at Sector 23 SPS. Closing of Delivery header line for making back flow of sewerage water into the delivery line of Pump set.

Renovation of NRV plate from the NRV for opening of NRV arrangements like CI flape, side block, shaft etc. as required. Removal of C.I. Flape, side block & shaft by labour & fitter & taking outside of NRV from the system by heavy labour arrangements & closed the plate by new packing & nut bolt etc.

Repair of C.I. Flape side by machining with proper size & making boring in hinged, C.I. Block to adjust of bore & fixing of new bush as required to original size & fixing of bush – 2 Nos. on both side to adjustment of length to adjust the space in NRV body.

Fabrication of S.S. Shaft as per size.

Repairing of G.M. Seat by remetalling & machining, polishing, grinding etc. as required by job.

Hardware items like nut bolt, packing etc.

Removing of NRV plate & fixing of repaired NRV Flape, G.M. Block & shaft & making alignment with main seat of body etc. as required to leakage proof.

Transportation cost of NRV Flape & other material, tools & tackles etc. as required by job. To & fro.

Testing & commissioning charges.
