Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450 x350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour,with 10 mm thick cement screed bed (1:4) ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular), light shade, polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.42sqm but not exceeding 1.00 Sqm, in floors/skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match. incl 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for granite 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granitecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring for cooking platform and flooring 20-25 mm thick laid and jointed in grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting and polishing bedded on 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 incl making hole for gas pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone as in risers, steps, skirting, dado, 20-25 thick laid and jointed in grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting and polishing bedded on 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 incl making hole for gas pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of walls of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction finished fair and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured seprately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of plastered and unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 3mm wall care putty to achive smooth finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- OBD to be done by Roller.

M&L for Preparation of plastered and unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate 100mm thick as in sub base finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories,bath and WC's etc shall be as under:- (i) Application of Two component acrylic modified cementitious coating. (aa) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement litance, existing coatings and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from litance and any other form of surface contamination. the installation instructions in manufacturer's published literature should be strictly compiled with, including but not limited to the following:- (bb) Chipping out any visible cracks in ' V- Groove' pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part cleaning of cracks and then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putyy/ Dr Fixit 302 SBR latex/ perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitibond SBR latex/ Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush and vaccum pressure if required. (cc) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified cemetitious coating of Sika Top seal - 107/brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/ CICO. (dd) While the surface is still damp from saturation (SSD), apply one coat of acrylic modified cementitious coating of Sika Top seal- 107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr fixit / STP/ CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions. (ee) Apply glass fabric sheet of Sika Fab 1 / FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP while the first coat is wet. (ff) Once touch dry apply second coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal- 107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr FiXit/ STP/ CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions on the entire area. (gg) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat.

(hh) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimu 300mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (jj) It is essential to cure acrylic modified cementitious coating immediately after application ( minimum 6-8 hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 54 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking. (kk) A protection plaster ( 12-15 mm thick) in CM 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the walls. Admixture:- Sika Plastocrete plus/ FPSROC/ Dr Fixit / STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645. Providing and applying a protection screed of 50 mm thick 1:4 cement sand mortar admixed with Sika plastocrtete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces. Admixutre:- Sika Plastocrete Plus/ FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645. Providing and applying a protection screed of 50mm thick 1:4 cement sand mortar admixed with Sika Plastocrete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces. Admixture:- Sika Plastocrete plus/ FPSROC/ Dr Fixit / STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645. (ll) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with elastic waterproofing sealing tape with a woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansions zone in the centre of make Sika Seal Tape S/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP. (mm) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. (nn) waterproofing treatment has to be carried out through authorised applicators.

(i) All the joints of pipesand traps within sunken portion shall be selaed properly by Epoxy sealant.. (ii) All CI traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (min 15cm) all - round. (iii) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) complete all as specified. (iv) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall ( Approx 450mm to 600 mm long) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (v) Providing 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregate as in flooring for laying floor finish all as specified. Note:- Item No 19 (iii), (iv) & (v) shall be measured and paid seprately.

M&L for providing GI pipe heavy class of dia 40mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded aggregate thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar in single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolation of mud in roof any thickness incl plastering & leeping removed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface making surface completely dry and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and after drying of primer apply APP modified water proofing membrane with non woven polyster reinforcement 3mm thick superior multipolymericweighing not less than 3kg/sqm with properties of high penetration and centre core consisting of 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene (MHHDPE) film consisting of five layers with a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm under and over the APP membrane laid with torching application to the surface complete and sealing the side as well as end laps (overlaps should not be less than 10 cm) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 40 mm thick Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC padding over roof slab complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface even and smooth with waterproofing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick Brick tiles including & laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 with Jointing & Pointing in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by wt of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no 27 above but except brick tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs, rounded or chamfered edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to chajjas and similar items including edges rough finished complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending hooking etc & binding with mild steel binding steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of affected concrete and steel surface as in ceiling of roof slab, beams by cleaning with metallic wire brush scrupiously and carrying out the following operations stepwise: (i) Applying rust remover solution on steel bars by using cotton waste swab or by brush and leave the surface for 15-30 minutes. Remove the loose rust particles by srcubbing with brush and wash the steel surface with water. (ii)Apply red oxide primer over cleaned steel surfaces. (iii) Apply epoxy bonding agent (adherent solution) over cleaned dust freed old concrete surface. (iv)Apply polymer mortar with the help of trowel in single or multilayer as an when required during application and finishing the surface even and smooth. Note:- (a) The bars which are corroded badly need to be strengthen by placing new bars by means of welding with proper splice length and will be measured and paid seprately under appropriate item. (ii) The rate of item includes necessary scaffholding, staging etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
