Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The Bidder / OEM should be in business related to Supply, installation and maintenance of Telemetric Rain gauge or telemetric weather stations or telemetric water level sensors or IOT devices or meteorological instruments in India.

Others -- Registration certificate issued under the Companies Act by a competent authority.

The Bidder or OEM should have experience in supply and maintenance of telemetric rain gauge / telemetric weather stations / IOT instruments with Government Department / Public Sector Undertaking in India.

Capabilities of Vendor

Bidder should be authorized partner of OEM Company and authorization letter from (OEM) is to be provided to KSNDMC along with the bid documents or Bidder shall be a Manufacturer.

The firm / company should produce the self-attested photocopies of documents related to Company PAN Number and GST Certificate.

Bidder should have a technical support centre in Karnataka with at least 10 service engineers / staff and should have an office in Bengaluru and any three districts of Karnataka (If not should provide a declaration stating that an office will be setup in Bengaluru and any of the other 3 districts in Karnataka).

The Bidder companys annual turnover shall be for more than Rs.3,81,60,000 (Three Crores eighty one lakhs sixty thousand only) and more than Rs.1,90,80,000 (One crore ninety lakhs eighty thousand only) for MSMEs during the period from 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25.
