Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendents, sockets, fan regulators, light fittings, tube light fittings, bracket light fittings and holders and including making good the disturbed surface on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor FRLS grade multistranded 1100 volts grade, ISI marking drawn thorugh existing non metallic PVC rigid conduit and conduit accessories, medium grade, ISI marking, concealed including provn of modular metal flush box and Modular white Cover Plate with Frame for fixing switches, sockets, inculding one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable FRLS grade as in earth wire for continuity and connecting to earth dolly for one light or fan point controlled by one switch complete including making good the disturbed surface by Putty and matching the colour of wall with the existing colour of the (wash/paint/distemper) wherever required(as per the existing condition) complete all as specified and directed. Note -1.Modular metal flush box and Modular white Cover Plate with Frame shall be measured and paid for seperately under relevent item. 2. Any Cutting chasing and Pinning are included in this unit rate.

One light point controlled by one 5/6 Amp one way switch.

One fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one 5/6 Amp one way switch.

One 3 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on the same board .

All as per item No 2.03 above but for Socket outlet, three pin, 5/6 Amp, of independent board.

One light point controlled by two 5/6 Amp two way switch.

All as per item No. 2 above but for 15/16Amp switch socket out let, independent with 2.5 sqmm copper cable of PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded and PVC insulated with and including unsheathed copper cable of 2.5 Sqmm for earth continuity conductor,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sub main wiring with two run of 4.0 Sq. mm PVC un-sheathed, copper conductor cable FRLS, 1100 Volt, and one run of copper earth wire 4.0 Sq mm drawn through existing PVC conduit and all accessories, including taking down unsv sub main wiring of any type, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Copper conductor 2 run and one run of copper earth wire shall be measured as one length.

Note: Copper conductor 2 run and one run of copper earth wire shall be measured as one length.

M&L sub main wiring 4 run 6 Sqmm for phase and neutral and 2 run 6 Sqmm as earth wire concealed on surface/ in walls/ false ceiling/ ceilling FRLS PVC insultation unsheathed copper conductor, single core cable with & including medium grade PVC conduit including taking down the old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note : 4run 6 Sqmm earth wire & 2 run 6 Sqmm earth wire shall be measured as one run.

M&L sub main wiring 4 run 10 Sqmm for phase and neutral and 2 run 10 Sqmm as earth wire as earth wire concealed on surface/ in walls/ false ceiling/ ceilling including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring FRLS PVC insultation, unsheathed copper existing conductor, single core cable with & including medium grade PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note : 4run 10 Sqmm copper conductor & 2 run 10 Sqmm earth wire shall be measured as one run.

S & F in repairs Factory made sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door (Fixed flush to the wall), SPN, 240 volt, 8 Way, IP-42 protection with 200 Amp rated bus bar and 1.5 Sq. mm copper PVC sheathed cable for earth continuity and suitable for having MCB’s complete and including taking down old unserviceable DB's and all disturbed surfaces of wall shall be made good to match the existing wall finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Factory made sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door (Fixed flush to the wall), SPN, 240 volt, 4 Way, IP-42 protection with 200 Amp rated bus bar and 1.5 Sq. mm copper PVC sheathed cable for earth continuity and suitable for having MCB’s complete and including taking down old unserviceable DB's and all disturbed surfaces of wall shall be made good to match the existing wall finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs power line vertical type DB'S double door, 8 way, with provision for MCCB 100 Amp as incoming & MCB as outgoing, IP-43 sheet steel enclouser with detacable gland plates for flush / surface mounting wiyh bus bar neutral link and Earth Bar complete all as specified and directed. Make : Cat no-C&S OF CSDBMCCB100DD081P43S or similar in make as mentioned in PS.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galavanised lead wire 4.0 mm dia (upto 7.5 M in length from earth plate) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3, connected to earthing test point all as specified including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber & RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40mm thick, with 8mm dia steel deformed (TMT bars) reinforcement at 150mm c/c both ways, 20 mm dia GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection, 20mm dia GI light grade pipe for watering , water funnel, testing point etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
