M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with Trucare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible , filling of holes and cracks with with suitable material like cement or plaster of paris etc and thereafter applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Each stage of complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces after applying putty shall be got approved from Engg-In-Charge in stage passing register before applying the finishes coat. (b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicators of manufacturer. (c) Wall care putty shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No.1 here-in-before but on surfaces of ceiling.

M&L for reparation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc.; rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.4 here-in-before but on surfaces of ceiling.

Note : (a) Each stage of complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces after applying putty shall be got approved from Engg-In-Charge in stage passing register before applying the finishes coat. M&L for providing 3mm thick wall care putty on wall before applying oil bound distemper and making the surface uniform all as specified. Note: OBD to be measured and paid saperately.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surface plain/kerb stone moulded over 10cm width or girth by cleaning, brushing etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, precast concrete articles etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and ,complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for half brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick,concrete or stone surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified

M&L for 5 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces including rendering on fins, fascias, chajja, parapets etc and finishing the surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Rough Cast plaster on brick walls consisting under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is in plastic state the Rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel mixed of size 6 mm with coarse sand and cement in the ratio1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even including necessary grooving complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified

Uprooting completely tree/plant upto 30 cm girth from wall or any part of building upto double storey buildings, making good the disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 to match with existing surfaces and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified.

M&L for repairing of RCC projection chhajjas,mumty roof bottom, facia etc by necessary preparation. Scraping cutting, chiseling derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 20mm graded stone aggt and reinforcement with welded mesh of weight 2 Kg per Sqm but n.exc 3 Kg per Sqm (if reqd) with or without facia and finished with cement and sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches area n.exc 10 Sqm and thickness of RCC member n.exc 120 mm incl necessary formwork and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at any height complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (The rate quoted by the contractor shall included for welded mesh, scaffolding and necessary formwork upto triple storey bldg).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) 25 mm thick as in sub base of flooring/tiles etc complete all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for bedding of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on vertical surfaces for backing of tiles complete all as specifed.

M&L for joint free Non- skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but n.exc 0.18 Sqm, in floors/shirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

M&L joint free Glazed ceramic coloured/ printed tiles in vertical surface of size 350x 250 x 6-7mm/450x 300 x 6-7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match on walls as in dado/ skirting etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling of existing water tanks of steel/PVC/AC of capacity exceeding 250 liters but not exceeding 500 litres complete all as specified.

S&F for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltrs capacity (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as per SSR Part I complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 20 mm dia Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified.

Demolition of roof treatment, any thickness including APP, roof tiles, screed bed or plastring and remove the rubish materials outside MOD land at a dumping place marked by any state govt/municipalities etc any distance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (Using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, sub base of floor coping or roof kerbs on roof chamfered on edge rounded or chamfered on edges including trowelling slightly complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on roof slabs finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) after cleaning of roof surfaces with wire brushes complete all as specified. Notes : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces

M&L for water proofing treatment with minimum 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric prefabricated five layer membrane over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete or plaster surface of roof & parapet walls and applying evenly a bitumen primer laid using buten torch and sealing all joints of APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 grams per sqm) unrolled and bonded to substrata with logitudinal and end laps 100 mm and 150 mm respectively as per manufacturer's instructions including aluminium paint on top surface complete all as specified.

M & L for applying two coat of bitumenous aluminum paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 with )using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for 22-25 mm thick chequered designer coloured tiles (matt/glass finish), size, colour and shape as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved , design & pattern as in footpath , parks , lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength , thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling joints with sand andcutting of paver block as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand. Complete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping benching, gola, slightly rounded and similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in Hardstanding including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green etc complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

M&L Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A'. Complete all as speicified.
