Removing Doors and Windows (Steel or wood) with chowkhats by making recesses in walls when the wall is not to be dismantled. Doors of area 3 sqm and below.

Providing & fixing factory made Solid PVC Chowkhat Door frame of the size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm PVC foam sheet, mitre cut at 2 corners & joined with 2Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15 x 15mm M.S square tube. the two vertical doors profiles are to be reinforced with 19 x 19mm M.S square tube of 19 guage, the door framed shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long M.S screws through the frame by using fasteners. a minimum of 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2nos for horizontal member etc. as per manufacturer's specification,conforming to test criteria specified in IS:4020-1998, Drawings and to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 30mm thick factory made Hollow PVC Profile PVC Flush door shutter consisting of panel of of 20mm thickness,frame made out of M.S. tubes of size of 19mm x 19mm x19 guage inserted inside the hollow section of stiles, top and bottom rails and two 19mm x 19mm MS tubes inserted horizontally inside the hollow profile section using 5mm thick PVC sheet using screws. Hollow PVC profile shall be lipped with 10mm (5mm x 2) thick x 20mm width on stiles and rails using solvent cement. the inner panel shall be laminated with 5mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire retardant Prelam PVC sheet using solvent cement on both the sides of panel etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification,conforming to test criteria specified in IS:4020-1998, Drawings and to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing glass panes with nails and putty or wooden strip complete in all respect. Glazing area above 0.09 sqm. 5.0mm thick Plate glass (INDIAN).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum\ door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC Plug/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item). Float glass panes of 5 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate z sections and other sections conforming to Is: 733 and IS : 1285 of Jindal, Hindalco, Mahavir or equivalent make approved by Engineer in Charge , fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC Plug/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P.brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately).

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots/SS friction stays and labour for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC Plug / neoprene gasket required.

Extra for 50micron anodising aluminium of approved shade and colour complete.
