Material and labour for cutting holes into or through cement concrete slab, chajjas etc superficial area not exc 100sqcm and making good in cement 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 12.5mm stone aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick 1st quality (square/ rectangular) area of each exc 0.11sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface and over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick finished in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over 10mm thick cement plaster finished in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick vitrified ceramic tiles Dark Shade, double charged/ ultracharged, (square/rectangle) polished area of each tiles between 0.36 sqm to 0.42 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface and over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick finished in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Grinding and polishing of existing terrazo finished floor including skirting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and path finishing, joints filled with bitumen and sand mixer 50mm thick, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-base for floors, surface finished even and rough to receive top finish complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/paths, in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigments to match with colour of the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for framed work as in doors , gates, guard bar etc of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality A complete all as specified and as directed.
