Taking down old damage LT pole of any size and type.

Taking down old ACSR conductor of any size and type.

Taking down old unserviceable GI tubes light grade up to 80mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of cables.

Taking down old unserviceable stay assembly complete with accessories complete

Pruning of tree branches not less than 1.5 mtr around the LT/HT Over head line which obstructing the maintenance of electric supply as well as illumination in area including repair of damage broken ACSR conductor GI wire and jumpers, testing of line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note-Each span minimum 30 mtr)

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles of 9.0 mtr long, type 410-SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, painted with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed portion including painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of two different colour of 30 cm wide strip up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and numbering of poles with black synthetic enamel paint of size as decided by EIC complete all as spfd and directed by EIC. NOTE:-Excavation, earth work, PCC foundation & PCC coping shall be measured & paid under respective items.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 01, dia of stay rod is 20 mm. NOTE:- Earth work and PCC measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations of poles, struts & stay assembly etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement and necessary form work all as specified and directed

Excavation in in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in soft or loose soil & getting out complete all as spfd & directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr &deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the ground level.

Returning , filling in spreading, levelling, watering & well Ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as spfd & directed.

Supply & Laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HVP type-2 flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the adzes of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying m-sand for cushioning to underground cable in layers of 23 cm (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15cm deep over the cable) after laying the cable in trenches including punning thickness up to 18 cm , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of cable XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cables with Stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, passing through trenches/ducts/pipes and climbing on poles/walls including fixing with proper size of aluminium lugs. For the following sizes. NOTE:- 1. Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid separately.

10 Sq mm 4 Core.

150 Sq mm 3.5 Core.

Fixing only for LT UG XLPE cable (in replacement of ACSR conductor) insulated heavy duty electric cables with Stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, passing through trenches/ducts/pipes and climbing on poles/walls including fixing with proper size of aluminium lugs for the following sizes. NOTE:- 1. UG cable will be issued under Sch 'B' from MES store for free of fixing only 2. Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid separately.

25 Sq mm 4 Core.

50 Sq mm 3.5 Core.

95 Sq mm 3.5 Core.

120 Sq mm 3.5 Core.

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement GI tubes light grade 40 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of cables, on pole/wall/laid in floor/in trenches incl cutting of road, PCC etc.

Repair/Maintenance/Servicing of gang operated device 11 KV fix on four pole/Two pole by replacement of fix and moving contact, flexible copper jumper etc as required for make serviceable for proper on/off operation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 415 volt, adjustable type, 36KA, 4 pole, capacity 200 Amp.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 415 volt, adjustable type, 36KA, 4 pole, capacity 250 Amp.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 415 volt, adjustable type, 36KA, 4 pole, capacity 400 Amp.

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
