Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:, In cement mortar.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level., 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Centeing and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet including strutting proper bracing both ways Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string course.

Providing and laying in position Ready mix concrete manufactured in fully automatic Batching Plant and transported to site in transit mixer for having continous agitated mixer, manufactured as per approved mix design of specified grade of RCC work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , exculding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement with all lead and lift including cost of admixtures in recommended portion as per IS 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in charge. All works upto floor V floor M20 grade Design Mix by using cement as per codal provision.

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. ('Original producers' who manufacture billet directly from iron ores and roll the bilets to produce steel conforming to IS:1786), Hot rolled deformed bars (IS : 1139).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Providing and fixing expansion joint board for building RCC column beams, walls, slab of Polyethylene foam of density 30 to 35 Kg/m3 of Armour Board., 20mm Thick

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 305.3.4 as per MoRTH Specificification

Supply & Stacking good soil of earth at site complete including loading unloading & Transportation etc., Good soil of earth

Maintenance of lawn, Spreading of manure , good earth in required thickness (cost of manure and good earth to be separately )
