Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, manholes etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork / block masonary / stone masonary including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, built in CM or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast PCC block masonry exceeding 10 cm width with solid block of grade C-5 and setting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only precast PCC soild block masonry exc 10 cm built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone walling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on block walling surface in CM (1:6) finished surfaces even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of any size and in any position (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as directed.

M&L for 200 mm bore RCC pipes class NP-3 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300 mm bore RCC pipes class NP-3 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 450 mm bore RCC pipes class NP-3 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 600 mm bore RCC pipes class NP-3 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the excavated surplus soil exceeding 1.5 km and not exceeding 5 KM depositing out of MoD Land complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm stone graded aggregate as in coping, benching , haunching etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred /stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs, for manholes , culverts slabs etc set in cement mortar 1:6, including use and waste of form work (reinforcement shall be measured and paid for seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 24 here- in- above but 6 mm to 8 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for UPVC Pipe (SCH-80) (SWR) Pipe 75 mm bore as in spouts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L for Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders of spread thickness 100 mm or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base ,mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick in plinth protection and courtyard, finished cement surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) 40 mm thick, as in floors, etc., and finished the cement concrete surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Concrete to be laid in alternate panels/ bay.

M&L for fabrication for mild steel framed work such as grill, gate etc with ends of bars shouldered or rebated or forged into spike framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, framed baluster, walk way, railing; frame work, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc,sliding channels for sliding of gate and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surgace formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick in two layer (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 2 (50 to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepairing unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a primer with bituminous primer paving bitumen of grade VG-10 at 10 Kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with binder content paving bitumen of grade VG-30 at 4% by weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous prime/paving bitumen of grade VG-10 at 2.5 Kg per 10 sq meter on bituminous macadam surface and applying bituminous premix asphalitic dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content grade VG-30 by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Use & waste of Formwork to faces of walls,drains retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick coloured glossy rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles of area exc. 0.08 Sqm and n.exc 0.16 sqm each, set, jointed and pointed in net cement slurry mixed with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for refixing the good pieces of paver block in and including bedding mortar (1:6) in the same location or other location including taking out existing tiles, cleaning & transporting to location and removing unserviceable material out side MoD land.

M&L for coloured precast cement concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size as approved , 60 mm thick, conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, glossy finish as in floor / pavement laid over 25 mm thick cushioning stone including dismantling old paver block & removing unserviceable material to out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete

M&L for Moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc as specified.(Moorum brought from out side land) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing of plants, bushes, weeds with roots from walls, roof, chajja, canopy, parapets, roof kerbs, around water tanks, stagings, outlets junctions of water pipe lines , waste water pipe, bends and filling the disturbed area with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) or cement mortar (1:3) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction and making the patch finished as per surroundings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Rate quoted is deemed to be included for scaffolding, safety measured required for working on or up to height of 15 metres vertical / slopes) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of SDAC , BM , Soling , WBM and removing from site to out side of MoD land complete all as directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as directed.
