Satisfactorily completed similar nature of work of SS Chimney Hood with ducting and chimney related works.

Work done certificate of completion of work value not less than Rs.7.00 Lakhs

Site Visit Certificate issued by the Managing Director, SHIMUL should be uploaded in the Technical Bid. ( As mentioned in Annexure -1)

GST Registration Certificate shall be attached

Achieved in Last financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 30 Lakhs per year (not less than two times the estimated value) in the last Three financial years

PAN Registration Certificate should be enclosed.

IT Returns & P&L and Balance Sheet duly signed certified by Chartered Accountant for the Last 2 Financial Years should be enclosed.

Tenderer Declaration form is to be uploaded in the Technical Bid. (As mentioned in Annexure -2)
