Power wiring with 10 sq. mm multistrand copper wires for connection between capacitors and bus bar using copper lugs and necessary hardware etc. as required at site.
Installation of all above components in the existing capacitor banks with suitable fabrication work to accommodate new items in the existing enclosure / structure for alignment of components and ease of termination, complete with hardware on the mounting structure and termination of existing cables with lugs, tapes etc. complete with earthing of the capacitor banks, touching the rusted parts of the panel structure with paint for protection from moisture etc. as required at site
Servicing of APFC panels including complete dusting of the panel, cleaning of contact points, Decarbonising of joints, alignment of doors, checking of all nuts & bolts, control circuit and power circuit wiring dressing and renovation of control and power terminations etc. as required at site
Testing & Commissioning of complete APFC Panel installation including following: 01. Meggering of complete capacitor installation using 500V megger 02. Continuity test for checking continuity of all circuits to ensure that all circuits are properly wired. 03. Checking function and efficiency of various components of APFC panel
