SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ E/M WORKS]

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs including renewal/ replacement of defective parts of electrically operated Freight lift make of CITY LIFTS (I) LTD with a capacity of 2000 Kgs for 3 Stops / 3 landings 0.50 M/Sec speed with Thyristorised dual push button control system serving ground floor and two upper floors installed at Naval Store Depot Royapuram Chennai (NSD) all as specified and as directed. Serial No/SM No:- SI No MTP IP-21

Note for item Nos. 2 to 9 : (i) The spares/electrical items as listed in Sch 'A' Part II will be used whenever required only and measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at site except those items as given in Sch 'A' Part II to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing all moving parts on monthly basis complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) If spare parts of original make is not available in market necessary suitable spare equivalent to existing lift part as approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be used in the work so that to run the lift with smooth functioning (iv) Cost of renewal of lift license is deemed to be included in the quoted rate against Sl No 2 to 9. (v) Quoted rate incl the testing of all the lifts by licensed Lift Inspector of tamil nadu twice in contract period for saftey.Certificate issued by the licensed lift inspector shall be submitted to Eng-in-charge. (vi) In case of any of the lift/lifts is/are not working for more than 24 hours but less than 10 days, Recovery will be affected at the rate of Rs 2,000/- per lift per day and Rs 3,000/- per lift per day after 10 days. (vii) The above lifts shall be repaired through OEM/accredited of OEM/ any other OEM having valid lift license. (viii) Fortnightly, monthly, quarterly maintanence registers shall be maintained and signed by site engineer and contractor.

Supply only stainless steel 304 grade lift door 900 mm centre open of electrically operated passenger lift make of EXCEL ELEVATORS with a capacity of 13 passenger 884 Kgs for 9 stops/9 landings 1.5 M/Sec speed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only lift machine unit comprising of Motor 7.5 HP , reduction Gear box, electro magnet break unit 110V DC main sheave 530mm dia,fly wheel,bed plate,speed 1.0 m/s 1:1 roping at NOM complete all as specified and directed.
