Earthwork excavation in all soils and subsoils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift as initial lead of 10.0 m and lift of 2.00 m including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15cm. thick watering ramming depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 ( One cement four m. sand and eight aggregate ) using 40mm ISS size hard broken granite metal for foundation and flooring including de-watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm. thick to required thickness , including cost and conveyance of materials to work site & labour charges complete with standard specifications

Plain cement concrete in 1:2:4 [one cement and two M.sand and four the aggregate ] using 20 mm size IRC grade machine crushed chips and excluding cost of reinforcement and centering works and including the cost of mixing, laying , curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification .

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best country bricks of size 23cm x 11.50cm x 5cm having 350kg/cm2 compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbentin the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications.and using the screened sand and all the materials should be approved by the competent technical authorities etc complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and errecting steel centering including necessary supports for plain surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as Coloumn footing,Coloumn pedestals,plith beams, grade beams,staircase steps,etc which requires only nominal strutting using mild steel sheetsof size 90mm x60mm and 10Bg stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervels etc complete in all floors Complying with standard Specification( TNSS NO or NBC No 30(S) 86 86 A V, VI(S3)VII

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) -Footing, Plinth beam, Tie beam/Lintel, Ground Floor Roof beam, salbs, Sloped roof beam and slabs30 V, VI (S5) VII & 13 TNDSS NO: 30.

Supplying ribbed tor steel rods including cutting cranking fabricating assembling laying in exact position tying with soft steel wire 16 or 18 BWG etc. complete for all RCC Works. as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors as per standard specification. SS86 & 86A, V, VI (S3) (S6) VII.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills for Windows, with one coat of Red oxide Primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification. including phosphating as per ISI with rust preventive primer & ready to assemble condition for easy installation at site including dismantling making necessary with power drill to the accessories such as supplying and fixing holdfasts, plastic bush inserts receiver runner bottom shock absorbers etc. and Steel Door Complete as Directed by the Departmental Officer.

Supplying and fixing of rolling shutters shall be pull and push type (Mannually operated) made of 18G/3" lathe sections which consist of five main parts such as curtain, lock plate, guide channels rollers and hood cover. These five main parts are made out of special components detailed below: curtain shall be of 18G/3" lath sections cut to required size and filled with heavy cast iron / MS clips. For 8'0"(2.45m) high rolling shutter lath sections provided shall be not less than 37 numbers. Lock plate shall be 10G MS sheet and attached to the side brackets with 20mm square bar.Side brackets shall be of 10G MS plate and cast iron "U" clamps shall be rivetted to the side brackets. Roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty "C" class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile high carbon coil springs. 2 springs shall be supplied. Side brackets shall be of 10G MS plate and cast iron "U" clamps shall be rivetted to the side brackets. Hood cover shall be of 0.8mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25mmx25mmx3mm MS angle or gate channel. The rolling shutter in addition to the above should have pulling hook and shall be coated on exposed area with heavy coat of red oxide primer etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and Three M.sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound at 2% by the weight of cement used etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One cement and Five M.sand) mix of 12mm thick including finishing cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges watering, curing and and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Exterior plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the new iron works such as steel doors, Windows,Ventilators windows bars,balustrades etc, in all floor with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use on works ) over one the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc, complete complying with Standard Specification.

Supplying and Fixing in position best approved of BIS quality 110mm P.V.C Rain Water down fall pipe having a pressure of 4Kg / Sq.cm including cost of necessary PVC shoe,PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails etc, and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc, complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVc pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.00mt pipe length etc, Complete Complying with Standard Specifications.

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5sq.mm.(22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection 14-SWGC wire with painting of suitable colour SD.54.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC.unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable Colour for open PVC light point / fan point (For electronic regulator) (6points per coil) SD.20

Supply and Fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase Service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper Flat) on TW Plank of Size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with Supporting TW Reepers of 1" thick an either side with Painting with Suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW Plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB Meter to Fuse Unit (SD No :125)

Supply and fixing of 16 Amps DP switch with metal glad of 500V with fuse and nuetral ( side handle) on suitable TW box PWD earthing (SD. NO 141)

Supply and fixing of 32A - DP MCB Isolater etc., Complete.
