Demolition of existing valve chamber and Construction of valve chamber of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1000 mm internal size including necessary earth work and excavation, 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, 230mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:6, 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping, 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 for internal and up to 150mm level from ground level on external surfaces, including provision of mild steel cover 3mm thick on 40mm X40mm x 6 mm angle iron frame work with two coats of black bituminous painting over and including a coat of red oxide primer and suitable locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting submersible motor of capacity 7.5HP 3 phase from electric system and lifting the pump and motor alongwith column pipe supporting wire, rope etc completely and lowering the whole system and connecting the electrical cable to starter after repairs complete all as specified and directed. Note : Repair work of submersible pump shall be measured and paid separately under item No.124 here-in-after.

Repair works to submersible motor pump set having capacity 7.5HP 3 phase 415 volts, shifting to the civil workshop for removing of burnt windings, bearing etc, including cleaning the slots, rewinding with new stove enamelled copper wire as per existing size, including changing of bearings, etc , and installation, testing complete as per manufacturer's instruction with entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Note- Rate quoted deemed to include cost of spares as required for repair work.

Supply and fix in repairs submersible cable 4 sqmm 3 core flat cable copper conductor for submersible pump set 7.5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the vegetation including grass, bushes, small trees & all vegetation growth complete including digging out roots of bushes around installation/Sump/OH tanks/ valve chamber including levelling the surface by removing debris to a distance n.exc 50 metre complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing mild steel angle, channels of required size to support pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Sump /Valve pits covers etc by using 3mm thick MS black plain sheet along with frame by means of Angle Iron 50mmX50mmx6mm and including MS twisted/round bar of size 6mm, 30cm long for handle including making locking arrangement all complete with welding, grinding etc incl two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair fire point fabricated with MS angles and MS Sheet on top suitable to hang 03 Nos bucket filled with sand, 03 Nos fire exinguishers for class ABC fire weight 6.75 Kg, 01 fire beater and hook complete with PCC 1:2:4, type B1, foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Rate for painting of fire point including all connected items with two coats of red paint should be included by contractor in quoted rate. (ii) Rate for 03 Nos bucket filled with sand, 03 Nos fire exinguishers, 01 fire beater and 01 hook should be included by contractor in quoted rate.

Material and labour for supply and fixing information board/ shock treatment chart etc. of size 2metre X 1metre in power houses/ Pump Houses and other E/M Installations as per the requirement at various locations made out of prelaminated board with digital printing, pasting side beadings of decorative aluminium channel with proper fixing arrangement as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
