REPAIRS TO APPROACH AREA FOR SHIVAJI AND SHIVSAGAR DAM AT INS SHIVAJI LONAVLA

M&L for cutting or uprooting grass on old mud phuska/Stone/brickwall at ground level, removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surface, repair damage portion and match with existing surface (material use for repair as per existing surface) etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for grubbing up tree trunk not exc 30cm girth including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site complete all sa specified and direcvted by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistnce, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new/old surface incl preparation of new/old plastered surfaces of wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including floor finishes/tiling work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n exc 63 deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 100 mm thk Cement concrete type B- 2,1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in path/ any paved area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for glazed chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick (colour and glazed approved by EIC) with cement and pigments laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type B 0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and simillar work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning under interlocking in floors including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rubber moulded glossy finish approved colour interlocking paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 with cement and pigment grade all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing daberies/excavated material to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1.5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as directed y Engineer-in-Charge.
