Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement ,of size 450mm x 450mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 500 Amps aluminium bus bar and with 250 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 25 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level.

(b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole , 100 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA with thermal magnetic release - 04 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 pole , 63 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 16 KA with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (c) Platform of Panel. Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. Note :- (i) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. (iii) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt.II/1993 (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer

Supplying, install and erect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole in replacement of PCC poles , 9.0 meter long, conforming to IS-2713 part-II, type 410 SP-31, complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, finial taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc., pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing including of holes of reqd Nos GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.00 mtr long for cable protection and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore , 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings alongwith clamps, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bends at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundation of poles, coping etc shall be measured and paid separately in respected items.

S&F KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps and 6A MCB SP with base including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, drawing, connecting & testing of 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC rounded sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-694 on steel tubular pole/PCC Pole from KIOSK box to light fittings including PVC conduit and providing suitable copper lugs all as specified and directed.

Taking down old service wire/ cable from pole/ bldg of any type/size complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing of LED street light Fitting 70 watt LED, IP-66 protection, single peice pressure die cast aluminium housing high grade powder coated finish with heat resistant toughned clear glass cover for lamp and control gear compartment with high voltage surge protection device up to 4.5 KV, prewired conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 25X4 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI earthing and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in any type of soil (soft/losse/hard/dense soil) for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Exc in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and exc. 1.5 in depth for foundation of poles, stay assy etc. and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables, filling in existing Cable duct in side the sub station situated at differnt location for cushioning of cables and Sand filling under floors or in foundations of transformers including watering and consolidation etc, complete all as specified.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour Plain cement concrete (PCC) type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate stone for making foundation of Pole/stay assembly
