Opening the connection of defective cooling fan ,repairing and reconditioning by way of replacement damaged bearing ,shaft etc if required for better operation. After that re-assembling of all part in the cooling fans and testing it found ok then fitted at T/F.(Service code-400928)

Topping up of appeoximate 4KL Transformer oil drained previously (Additional Transformer oil if reruired shall be provided by the department) in to the main & conservator tank of 40 MVA T/F .Centrifuging of complete T/F oil in 40 MVA T/F by connecting centrifuging pipe and circulating the T/F oil through centrifuging machine to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV and IR value periodically till the reuired value achived.
