BOQ (REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF FENCING, DRAIN, FOOTPATH AND CONNECTED WORKS IN DOMESTIC AREA OF MARU VIHAR AND AKASH VIHAR AT AF STATION SURATGARH)
Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc & removing debries out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Brick work with sub class 'B' , straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean raidus built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), including removal of rubbish in low lying area, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Surface channels and drains & likes , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.
Add to or deduct from item No. 06 here-in-before for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm inner girth complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling/pulling out of old damaged RCC pre-cast fencing post/struts of any section embedded in natural ground including making required size pit either by excavation/excavation of new pits to change the alignment if required/trimming of sides of under size pit or by returning filling in and ramming broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm each & watering an over size pit and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 metre and making good disturbed ground surfaces , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (For fixing new posts). Note :- Retrieved earth & broken rubble shall be reused in returning and filling.

Mild steel bolt factory made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screw the other to be fitted with washer etc and one hexagonal or square exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm long end dia neck 12 mm including taking out old unserviceable bolts with nuts and washers , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetick enamells paint over one coat of red oxide primer,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Fixing only retrieved Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles/paver block any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning and filling the joints upto full depth with fine tibba sand, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: Servicable Tiles retrived from serial item no.20 above shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old tiles.
Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with in grey cement and pigment over including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre-cast cement concrete RCC designer pillar of size 100mm x 100mm x 900mm made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:4 with and including all mouldings etc, including taking down old unserviceable RCC piller of any size complete all as specified and directed.
Preparation of old plastered wall/roof surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (antifungal), (in Sigma Pattern using number of colours), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
