REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FANS AND GEYSERS OF OTM AND MD ACCN UNDER AGE E/M-II OF GE(N) MAMUN

Taking down carefully ceiling fans of size 1200/1400 mm sweep at any height of any sweep/make/model after disconnecting electric connection and dismantling and opening the body of ceiling fan and examine for repairs including servicing, overhauling, greasing etc and cleaning the complete body both internal & external parts with cleaning agent and renewal of minor spare parts such as split pins, cutter pins, coupling bolt, pvc fan box sheet, capacitor holder, terminal adoptor, screws, nuts, spring washers for blade/body etc and replacement of components/accessories such as ball bearings, gun metal bushes, capacitor, canopy top& bottom, shackle clip assembly and assembling of all parts including hanging and fixing back in existing location and connecting of electrical connections and testing for its satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule as supply only. (ii) Rewinding of fan motor, painting will be measured and paid separetly under relevant item of schedule. (iii) Labour element for fixing of spare parts and removing old unserviceable items are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

All as per item No. 1 above but exhaust fan of size upto 380 mm sweep all as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but exhaust fan of metal body size above 380 mm and upto 450 mm sweep all as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but for wall fan/pedestal fan 400 mm sweep including carrying out repairs to oscillation mechanism/speed regulation mechanism and making functional for satisfactory performance all as directed.

Disconnecting electrically, taking down existing ceiling/exhaust fan any type and capacity with due care, dismantling blades and handing over to user for repairing from MES with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Assembling the ceiling fan/exhaust fan any type with blades and making sure all blades screwed properly at site and hanging on ceiling/wall and connecting up the cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to ceiling fan of size 1200 mm sweep to 1400 mm sweep complete body, blades & down rod etc of any sweep/make/model with two coat of synthetic enamel paint by using electric spray machine similar to match with existing colour after preparation surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Painting work to be carried out after dismantling of ceiling fan)

All as per item No. 7 above but exhaust fan of metal body size above upto 450 mm sweep all as directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan motor of size 1200/1400 mm sweep of any make/model/type with new supper enamelled copper winding wire of similar gauge and number of turns as existing,including cleaning the motor properly and applying varnishing heating and assembling of fan motor and rotor fixing back after testing including removing burnt out copper winding wire from ceiling fan motor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 here in before but of exhaust fan of size upto 380 mm sweep all as directed.

S & F in replacement capacitor of 2.5/3.15/4.0 mfd capacity for ceiling fan of any sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only shackle clip assembly with rubber bush reel and nuts, bolts and washers suitable for ceiling fan of any sweep/type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall/pedestal fan any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only plastic conopy top and bottom with tighten screw suitable for ceiling fan of any sweep/type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for replacement of old unserviceable ceiling fan blades made of MS sheet duly powder coated of thickness not less than 1.0mm suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix down rod made of MS pipe medium grade 15mm dia of 300/600mm long duly drilled holes both ends & slot with hole in other end suitable for fixing of ceiling fan of any sweep/type and painting to of down rod with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for replacement of casing (upper and lower) for housing ceiling fan motor of size required at site for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep made out of powder coated CRCA sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs, alignment of ceiling fan/exhaust fan shaft after grinding to required size, remetalling & finishing complete all as specified and as required .

S&F of exhaust fan shaft of standard size suitable for 225mm to 380mm sweep exhaust fan including taking out old unserviceable shaft complete and all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable blade assembly from exhaust fan and supply and fix exhaust fan blade assembly suitable of size 380 mm to 450 mm sweep and including locking nuts and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Exhaust fan louver round shaped made of MS steel sheet for exhaust fan of size 380mm to 450 sweep and fixing on wall by means of suitable size of screws incl taking down old unsv louvers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for exhaust fan AC single phase 230V of size 380 mm sweep steel body with louver and connecting up including provision of flexible copper wire three core of suitable size from ceiling rose/PVC connector to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type Socket type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. not less than 100 W flush type.

Taking down storage type water heater (Geyser) 25/35/50 Ltrs capacity of any make/model/type from existing wall after disconnecting of electric and water supply connections and keeping the same in safe custody for carry out repairs/replacement of unserviceable spare parts & components such as heating element, thermostat, pilot lamps with wiring, syphon assembly, insulating glass wool, thermal cut out, pressure release valve, safety valve, aperature plate assembly etc and exmine water tightness of inner storage tank after cleaning and renewal of rubber washer/gasket and nut,bolts and washers etc and adjust to required range of thermostat control and assembling all parts/accessories including fixing back in same location after connecting up of water & electric connections and testing for its satisfatory functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule as supply only (ii) Labour element for fixing of spare parts and removing old unserviceable items are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S & F in replacement heating element threaded/push type of triangle base/round base type 1.5/2 KW suitable for any type capacity of geysers as per sample.

S & F in replacement thermostat BI-metal thermal relay suitable for geyser of any capacity all as directed.

Supply only for replacement replacement of old unserviceable 6/9 Hole syphon assembly made out of Stainless steel suitable for 25/35/50 ltrs capacity geyser including necessary studs, screws and rubber gasket/washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3 Pin Plug Top 15/16 Amps stranded all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of metal clad plug top and socket, 2P+E, 20 Amps, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Switch Socket Combination 15 Amp, 5 in 1, 3 pin, 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for carbon steel anchor bolts, nut and washer of size 12mm dia & 80mm length by grouting in wall complete for mounting Geyser of any size all as specified and directed

Supply only aperature plate assembly suitable for storage type water heater (geyser) 25/35/50 litre capacity complete all as specified and directed

Supply only stainless steel inner tank suitable for storage type water heater (geyser) 25/35/50 litre capacity as sample.

S&F of outer body of geyser of capacity 25 to 50 Ltrs made out of (ABS) Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene material, vertical type with mouting arrangements incl temperature adjustible knob complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only geyser indicator pilot lamps(red and green lamps) with wiring round/square/rectangle suitable for geysers of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel braided flexible connection pipe15 mm dia 450/600mm long with both end nuts and washer, suitable for hot water and cold water outlet/inlet of geyser including removing old unserviceable conection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable and providing new thermal insulation material non hygroscopic, fire resistant fiber glass wool for 25-5- ltrs capacity geyser complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement MCB SP 240V, 50Hz of rating 20 Amp with breaking capacity of 10 kA incl suitable size pin type copper thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement Plug top 15/16 Amps, 230V with connection copper lead 3 core 2.5 sqmm, 1.5 m long suitable for 15/16 Amps socket etc for geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct : Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 28,621.00 to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
