   This item is reserved for purchase from vendors approved by RDSO only.The RDSO item ID applicable for this item is : 3100065001.Purchaser reserves the right to procure bulk quantity (Minimum 80% of the net procurement quantity) from RDSO approved vendors for this item.Developmental order upto 20% of NPQ may be placed on such sources whose name appears as developmental vendors of RDSO as available in UVAM.The status of firms will be reckoned as on the date of tender opening. Any Authorized Dealers/ Agents submitting their offer on behalf of vendors approved by RDSO must submit tender specific authorization certificate along with their offers issued by vendor approved by RDSO, failing which the offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference. other conditions are as per Para 1.2 of NWR SBD Section- II GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TENDER.

   In case of existence of suspected cartel situation by approved sources or rates available from approved source/sources are adjudged unreasonably high, despite fair efforts as permissible, the purchaser reserves the right to place orders on firms outside the approved list, without any restrictions.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Wherever Necessary debarment of firm it shall be dealt with as per guidelines issued by DoE Vide its OM No. F.1/20/2018-PPD dated 02.11.2021 and Railway Board letter No.No. 2021/RS(G}/779/17( E 3380016) dated 09.11.2022. Vendors are advised to please go through these instructions.

   The tenderers in their bids shall indicate the details of their Jurisdictional Assessing Officers (Designation, address & email id). In case of a contract award, a copy of the LOA/Purchase Order shall be immediately forwarded by Purchaser to the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer mentioned in the Tenderer's bid.
