Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of totally enclosed feeder pillar outdoor type fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type (independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs, bus bar chamber enclosed complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC supply internally wired with copper conductor of suitable current rating having legs 90 cms made out of 50x50x6 mm angle iron grouted on PCC upto 60 cm below the ground level and 30 cm above the Ground Level. Comprising the following:- (i) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from the bottom with cable glands. Earth bus shall be part of the main feeder pillar. (ii) Fabrication of feeder pillar box to be approved by CPRI. (iii) Cost for construction of foundation for panel plaster work in CM 1:6 with foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 including plaster work, PCC copping 1:2:4 (40 mm thick stone aggerate), deemed to be included in the item rate. No Extra payment will be made. (iv) MCCB's should be connected with extensions terminals at both side (incoming and outgoing). (v) Distance between foundation to cable entry hight minimum 60cm above the ground level.

Supply and fixing in replacement of totally enclosed bus bar feeder pillar box outdoor type fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC supply internally wired with copper conductor cable of suitable current rating having legs 90 cms made out of 50x50x6 mm angle iron grouted on brick masonary platform upto 45 cms. Brick masonary platform should be 60 cms above the Ground Level. Comprising the following:- (i) 01 set of 200 Amps TPN aluminium bus bar of length suitable for fixing minimum 6 cables and of crossection as per design with colour codding. Bus bars shall be designed to with stand a fault level of 36 KA at 415 volts. (ii) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from the bottom with cable glands. Earth bus shall be part of the main feeder pillar. (iii) Fabrication of feeder pillar box to be approved by CPRI width of the panel not less than 30 cms. (iv) Cost for construction of platform for panel foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 including plaster work 1:6 CM, PCC copping 1:2:4 (40 mm thick stone aggerate), deemed to be included in the item rate. No Extra payment will be made. (v) After fixing the bus bar panel, all electric connections will be made without any extra cost all as specified and directed.

(a) 01 Set of 200 Amps TPN aluminium bus bar of length suitable for fixing arrangement minimum 5 to 6 cables entry and connection and PVC insulated as per colour codding. Bus bars shall be designed to with stand a fault level of 36 KA at 415 volts. (b) MCCB 4 pole 125 Amp, 25 KA and thermal and magnetic releases with Ics=100%Icu. conferming to IEC 60947-2 with short circuit and over load protection. Make: LEGRAND or equivalent make of Seimens / Havells/ L&T (As incoming and outgoing) -01 Nos (c) LED Indicating lamp (RYB-one set)

Surface excavation not exe 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil / hard core including removing the excavated grass /weeds/hard cement concrete / stone etc. and leveling neatly the excavated area for substation yards etc . Note:- The rate shall be deemed to be included the cost of removing the grass, weeds, debris, excess soil etc to a distance not less than 50m and keeping the excavated surface clean and leveled all as directed.

M&L for stone aggregate of size not exeeding 40 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exeeding 15 cm to a true surface of broken stones for transformer and pole structure area complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electrical connections from feeder pillar/LT panel for repair and replacement the spares parts i.e taking out the broken hinges/unserviceable hinges & door handles/lock from feeder pillar/LT Panel and replaced with cold rolled MS hinges of appropriate size through spot welding & Mild steel sliding door bolt including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and 2 coat of powder coated spray painting inside & outside the panel, including replacement of panel wiring ( connecting with lug & thimble) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removed the damage part and jointing with cable end termination joint incomming and outgoing cable of size of 16 sqmm 4 core alongwith cable gland & plate incld all nuts/bolt/washers as per existing size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and Supply & fixing cross Arms, bracings, supports, clamps etc fabricated from steel including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint.
