GE I R AND D/CHD-12/2026-27 REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE FLAMEPROOF WIRING,FANS, LIGHTS AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AND GENERAL INTERNAL ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE AT TECHNICAL AREA OF TBRL RANGE RAMGARH

Dismantling and taking down carefully by sub main wiring/service connection of any type (normal/flameproof) complete all as specifed and directed. Note:Location, route, quantity size and type of new submain wiring may be different from old submain wiring as per site requirement and credit shall be measured and issued as per actual.

Material and labour for sub main wiring using PVC insulated and unsheathed fire retardant low smoke and halogen (FRLS-H) copper conductor single core multi stranded unsheathed copper cable 2x2.5 sqmm (for Phase and neutral) and earth continuity conductor of size 1x2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor FRLS-H 1100V using approved colour code for phase and neutral as per IS code drawn through ERW steel/SS conduit pipe, 20 mm outer dia (Minimum dia). The external dia shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I (ISI marked) including fixing of conduit on surface / wall/ roof complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) 3 runs of 2.5 sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 20 mm (Minimum dia) ERW steel/SS conduit pipe shall be measured as one unit. (ii) The rate of fixing the steel conduits on surface / wall / roof alongwith the fittings / fixtures like elbow, bends,union, steel sadles, screws, conduit etc. shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted and nothing extra shall be paid for this. (iii) Location, route, quantity size and type of new submain wiring shall be different from old submain wiring as per site requirement.Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Note : (i) 5 runs of 16.0 sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 32 mm (Minimum dia) ERW steel/SS conduit pipe shall be measured as one unit. (ii) The rate of fixing the steel conduits on surface/wall/roof alongwith the fittings / fixtures like elbow, bends, union, steel sadles, screws, conduit etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted and nothing extra shall be paid for this. (iii)Location, route, quantity size and type of new submain wiring may be different from old submain wiring as per site requirement.Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Note: (i) Most of FLP items are installed in blds of height upto 8 mtrs and Rate of arrangement (ladder/Scaffolding) for reaching at a height for dismantling and taking down old u/s and fixing of new shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.
