Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size C.B, h.g metal of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting,lowering, and laying in layers to 10cm(4") thick to required level, ramming,watering including all cost & conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fly ash bricks masonary in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in super structure using Fly Ash bricks of size (23 x 11 x 8 cm) having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chmfering and corbelling watering and curing etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (In foundation)

P. C. C / Reinforced cement concrete work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeeding 15cm thick to the required level ,ramming,watering and curing etc. including all cost of material, labour, with T&P and taxes of materials etc. required for work and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.Column footing

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to approved grade cutting bending , binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification ) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance, Cess of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge ( as approved by the Deptt. ) etc. complete (Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC - 21/1987) as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fixing Vitrified tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed including cost of tiles etc complete including watering and curing with the cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respector as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fixing Vitrified tiles in dados skirting on 12 mm thick CP ( 1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles inclu rubbing and polishing etc complete including watering and curing with the cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:4) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.
