Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for laying of pipes and fittings, stay assembly etc including forming bottom surfaces to required level and slope and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for laying of ductile iron pipe 150 mm nominal bore with spigot and socketed end class K-9 suitable for rubber ring push on joints, under the roads or fixed on walls with suitable clamps nuts bolts and washers including rubber ring joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: Cost of clamps with nut bolts and washers is included in the unit rate of item.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe 150mm bore including special class PN-10, laid in trenches with jointing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe 100mm bore including special class PN-10, laid in trenches with jointing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe 50mm bore special class PN-10 laid in trenches with jointing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe 20mm bore having pressure rating 6Kg/Cm2 with jointing materials land in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note for item No 04 to 08. Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for Construction brick masonary valve pit of internal size 90 cm x 90 cm x90 cm including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil brick work, plastering, white wash, PCC Coping, MS Frame made out of angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm, MS Sheet Cover 3 mm thick fixed to angle iron frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and grouting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 including handle and locking arrangement with one Number 50 mm dia brass lock pad complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i) The brick wall shall be 23 CM thick built in Cement mortar (1:4) (ii) Plaster shall be 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on internal surface of valve pit (iii) PCC in foundation shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate extended 15 cm all around from the external surface of walls. (iv) External face of brick wall including top shall be plastered upto 15 cm from top of valve pit in CM (1:6). (v) Depth of valve pit shall be reconed from top of foundation PCC.

M&L for synthetic insulating mat ISI marked of size 2mx1mx19mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 150mm dia CI sluice valve flanged type of class PN 1.6 with stainless steel spindle including necessary nut, bolts, gasket et complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 100mm dia CI sluice valve flanged type of class PN 1.6 with stainless steel spindle including necessary nut, bolts, gasket et complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for PCC (1:2:4), Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations,for motor, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for boring hole across the Road/plinth/hard standing by trench less technology method suitable for 150mm bore pipe for 0.4 mpa working pressure for cable passing without damaging Road / Plinth /Floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix non return valve (Reflux with by pass) with flanged both ends of size 150 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. MAKE: Kirlosker or its equivalent

Supply and fixing of non clog submersible pump with motor of rating not less than 20 HP ,Voltage range 380 to 440 Volts (3 Phase) , with head range of not less than 10 mtr discharge not less than 2000 LPM for connecting with delivery pipe of size 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Cost of minor works such as fabrication and any other work required for fixing is included in the unit rate of this item.

S&F stop valve 20mm cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle ,screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union stand and fixed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
