Dismantling steel or asbetos cement (corrugated/ semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrough iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement mortar and remove the site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing demolished material to a distance and depositing to out of campus complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed .

M & L roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove duct etc complete all as specified.

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Note:- work up to 10 m height.

All as per item No 09 here in before but 0.80mm plain galvanised mild steel sheets class 7 as in ridge/gutter etc complete.

M&L for MS work as in roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins ,post, rafters including distant pieces, cleats etc including cutting and welding required confirming to grade Fe 410-W grad quality 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for slabs supported on wall, beams and columns, in floor, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like ,complete all as specified and directed Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for Steel reinforcement 10mm dia and over, TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required including, cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips,complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for steel reinforcement 6 to 8mm dia and over, TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including cutting of trees, shrubs or any type of vegitation upto and including roots complete including removal all debries exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, other than fair face (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar 1:4 including WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Supply only liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid seperately

Rendering 5mm thick on fair faces on concrete surfaces/ ceiling, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for making good the surfaces of chajja/Facia/ roof projection etc visible with reinforcement or not by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, including one coat of bounding agent on rusted reinforcment and necessary formwork scaffolding required (hight of builing up to 4th storey) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for repairing of chajja, concrete floor , balconies by providing and applying of water proofing of 3 coats pidicrete URP with Fibre cloth (Make Pedilite) and 2 coat of membrane of star chemicals in cement mortar as per manufactural instruction and directed by Engr-in-charge. Including cleaning the concrete surface with wire brush or scruber to remove dirt and loose particals and repair concrete portion and priming of concrete suface by using above material.

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing admixture complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for prepration of new plastered surfaces and applying three coat of lime white wash on ceiling, all as specified.

M & L for prepration of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of approved shade of oil emulsion distemper on walls all as specified and directed.

M&L Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specifiedand directed by Engg-in Charge.

Complete removal of wall and ceiling exisiting treatment and applying 1mm coat of plater of paris(putty) one cote of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint @ .835 ltr/10 sq of required shade over one coat of primer m complete all as specifiedand directed by Engg-in Charge.

M&L for prepration of new steel surface of any discription over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as described complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete for kerbs stone of PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 20mm graded aggregate (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering's, throat- ing etc. and set & jointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Cement concrete, type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span, bed blocks, copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating including provision of necessary formwork, complete all as specified.

M&L15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Glazed ceramic tiles coloured (350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm) for works on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados of economy class B-III conforming to IS-13712 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, as in backing layer without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Virified Ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in dark shed cement to match complete all as specified.

M & L vitrified tiles for works on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados of economy class B-III conforming to IS-13712 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, as in backing layer without using extra cement complete all as specified.

S&F for in Repair rain water pipe 110mm dia with single socket joints fixed to wall with stack clamp fixed in repair (work commence hight upto 30 mtr) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F for in Repair PVC rain water pipe bend & shoes etc for 110mm dia pipe fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in leveling course complete all as specified and directed. Note : Work to be excuted in patches, no extra amount will be paid in this items to contractor.

M&L for preparation of surface by scrapping and properly cleaning the existing roof treatment in any number of layers up to original RCC roof top surface. after preparation of surface, 10mm thick cement rendering in CM 1:3 and finishing the surface even and smooth before application of priming coat complete,Apply first coat Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers with Sun Reflective Index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength of 2.9 Mpa and shall have cracks bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree Celsius with 33% dilution of priming coat. Laying of fiber mesh of 0.3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having 45 gsm/sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry. Apply second of undiluted coat @ 0.45ltr/sqm. Apply third and final coat undiluted @0.45ltr/sqm as directed by Engr-in-charge. The treatment shall be terminated at the top of parapet. All rain water pipe openings shall be suitably sealed with treatment time including disconnection and refixing in same position the existing Water Storage Tanks and all GI Pipes and fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Contractor shall be write "Name of contractor and date of laying of membrane" with paint on the wall after laying of membrane in all respect. 2. All Debrise remove from PCDA (A) Station without any Extra cost.

Disconnecting existing tanks capacity of tanks exc 250 Litre and n.exc 500 Litre setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning & removing all dirt and scale from tank and also from mouth of pipe completly as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks capacity of tanks exc 500 Litre and n.exc 1000 Litre setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning & removing all dirt and scale from tank and also from mouth of pipe completly as directed by Engineer-in charge.

S&F in repair Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, inner and out white, two layers, ISI marked (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted with Threaded Cap and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of Capacity 500 litres each including all accessories (i.e GI nipples, etc), including provn of 20/15mm dia spout for connecting inlet, outlet, overflow and washout pipes, including taking down of old broken water tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repiar Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, inner and out white, two layers, ISI marked (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted with Threaded Cap and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of Capacity 1000 litres each including all accessories (i.e GI nipples, etc), including provn of 20/15mm dia spout for connecting inlet, outlet, overflow and washout pipes, including taking down of old broken water tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 20mm bore, ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210 gram), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing for 15mm dia pipe and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store.all as spd and directed by Engg-in-Charge

M&L for 15mm dia bore galvanized steel water tubing, “medium grade,” together with all fittings; (ISI marked) such as elbows, bends tees, nipples, union sockets, sockets etc and short pieces and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified.

Re fixing only 15mm dia bore galvanized steel water tubing, “medium grade,” together with all fittings; (ISI marked) such as elbows, bends tees, nipples, union sockets, sockets etc and short pieces and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing for 20mm dia pipe and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store.all as spd and directed by Engg-in-Charge

S&F in repairs Gate Valve 20 mm, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle etc complete all as specified and dirceted.

Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of PCDA (A) Campus station Where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 KM above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note1: All debries /Demolised matrial must be takenout of the PCDA Campus without any additional payment.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
