Comprehensive repair/maintenance of storage type electric water heater (Geyser ) vertical or horizontal type of capacity 50 Ltrs comprising of the following :- (a) Inspection, taking down, opening or dismantling, de-scaling, brushing and thoroughly cleaning the storage tank. (b) checking of all stop cock, pressure release valves, fusible plugs for its serviceability etc. in situ to ensure free movement of the parts including supply and replacing the washers/gasket nut etc. (c) Checking and rectify earth continuity of the Electrical circuits of the Geysers and power point. (d) Checking thermostat and re-adjust. (e) De-scaling the immersion type heating element (f) Checking of indicator lamp for it serviceability . (g) Re-assembling the Geyser, re-install and testing complete. Note : Parts / components of geysers found unserviceable shall be replaced by the contractor. New parts/components required shall be measured and paid separately under item No 3.00 to item No 10.00 here-in-after as supply only and labour charges required for replacement are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only thermostat of Type EST 11 / 20A, 240 Volt of approved make and having complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only heating elements of capacity 2 KW AC 240 volts suitable for storage type electric water heater as per site requirement (press type /screw type/ triangular/ circular base or ceramic cartige type), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only heating elements of capacity 1.5 KW AC 240 volts suitable for storage type electric water heater as per site requirement (press type /screw type/ triangular/ circular base or ceramic cartige type), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible round stranded copper wire 2.5 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only safety valve suitable for 25 Ltr/50 Ltr geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Apparatus plate suitable for 50 ltrs capacity geysers.

Taking down and checking of ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall fan any type and any size at site on daily basis after disconnecting the electrical connection including replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts , lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor work (if required) and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection Note : i) New spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately . ii)Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan any sweep and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, dismantling the blades and removing fan incl blades to the work shop for Rewinding including cleaning and dismantling the fan into parts and segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan , testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and material and labour for replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel all as specified and as directed. Note : i) Rewinding work of armature shall be measured and paid separately. ii) New spare parts required for replacing old burn out parts shall be measured and paid separately. iii)Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for taking out and removing burnt copper winding, cleaning the armature, rewinding the fan armature for 1200mm sweep fan with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including supply and fixing necessary insulating materials etc and varnishing with approved grade of insulation varnish and heating up and testing all as specified and as directed.

All as pr item No.22 above but for 1400mm sweep ceiling fan all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully Exhaust Fan any sweep and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, dismantling the blades and removing fan incl blades to the work shop for Rewinding including cleaning and dismantling the fan into parts and segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan , testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and material and labour for replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for taking out and removing burnt copper winding, cleaning the armature, rewinding the fan armature for upto 300 mm sweep exhaust fan with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including supply and fixing necessary insulating materials etc and varnishing with approved grade of insulation varnish and heating up and testing all as specified and as directed.

All as pr item No.25 above but for above 300mm and upto 450 mm sweep Exhaust fan all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting of ceiling fans complete of any sweep and any make with one coat of first quality synthetic enamell paint of approved tint by spray including preparation of old painted surface and removing all dust, oil mark etc and filling cavaties with filler materials,and writing serial / MES number as specified (with paint of black colour with each letters/figures in Block of height n.exc2 cm ) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no-27 above but for painting to exhaust fans with blade complete of any sweep/make all as specified and as directed.
