GENP-28/2021-22 SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF CI AND GI PIPES IN ROCK VIEW AREA AT AF STN PALAM UNDER GE (AF) PALAM, DELHI CANTT-10

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth in loose/soft soil, getting out and leveling the bottom surface to required gradient for laying of water supply mains all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down CI/DI/GI water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends including burning out lead joints and recovering lead of size 80mm bore complete.

All as per item No 04 here-in-before but of size 100mm bore.

All as per item No 04. here-in-before but of size 150mm bore.

Supply, laying & testing for GI tubing, medium grade,of 80 mm bore including all fittings such as bends, tees, nipples, check nuts, union etc laid in trenches or fixed on walls/ roof/ inside the shallow etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 150mm bore ductile iron pipe with spigot and socket ends, cetrifugaly cast, class-K-9 (IS-8329-2000) with tytan joints, in any length, laid in trenches or fixed on pillar etc.

All as per item No 8 above but 100mm bore pipe. (Note for item No 07 to 09 : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items). (ii) Testing of pipe shall be carried out as mentioned in IS / SSR part-I. (iii) 50% qty of pipes catered against item No 07 to 09 above shall be brought at site by the contractor within three weeks from the date of commencement of work.

Material & labour for CI special fittings of any size, any type ISI marked as required at site such as bends (any type, radius and angle),Taper any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot), collar, caps and plugs upto 150mm bore etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement of Cast Iron special fittings of any size, any type ISI marked as required at site such as bends (any type, radius and angle),Taper any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot), collar, caps and plugs 200 to 300 mm bore etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing & testing of cast iron sluice valve, class PN-1.6, ISI mark, flanged ends drilled having brass spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts,washers and gaskets including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve for the 80mm bore complete.

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but of 100mm bore.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit chamber of internal dimension 120 cm x 120 cm x 120 cm (internal height) including 150mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, brick work of 230 mm thick in CM (1:4), 10 mm thick rendering on the brick work in CM (1:6), 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping including grouting MS frame made out of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm with 8mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement with and including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangement including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc primer on steel surface after preparation including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point including demolition / dismentling of existing valve chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 15 here-in-before but of of internal dimension 90 cmx 90cmx90 cm.

M & L for augering of holes in true horizontal position under road (by trench less method) by means of mechanical rig covering in route up to 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 30mtr long for passing the water pipe lines up to 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair cable jointing kit and testing for 1.1 KV grade cable for Indoor termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sq mm to 150 sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cable jointing kit and testing for 1.1 KV grade cable for Indoor termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 sq mm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of hard standing upto suitble thickness for inserting the pipe upto 250mm bore and making good the disturbed surface with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for refixing the existing interlocking tiles over 50 mm thick sand layer taken out during excavation from the surface after placing the pipe in trenches and making good all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking out and refixing of LT cable of size 50 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engr- in-charge.

M & L for making holes in existing wall of any thickness for passing through water supply pipe line up to 250 mm bore and making good the disturbed surface with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- charge.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as foundation, filling in mass concrete etc including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces fair and even complete.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Pedestal /Coping including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in - charge.
