Providing and fixing 35 mm thick Second class teak wood glaged shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws etc.complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws with 30 mm thick shutters with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Second class teak wood

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood 50mm into 12 mm wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized MS wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge a). Second class teak wood beading 62 into 19 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized/ chromium plated M.S. single acting spring hinges with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.a)150 mm ( one hundred fifty milimetre)

40 mm (forty milimetre) thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre)nominal size finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge..a) One or more coats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge..a) One or more coats on old work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. a).With cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand)

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)
