Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per approved querry to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carries of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density with 3.50% bitumen emulsion ss and 1.0% OPC cement by weight of mix.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.30 kg. Per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen, aggregate, T&P and labour & all taxes complete.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick (Compacted) Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates as per approved querry of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade, level and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled bibratory and tendom rollers to achiev the desired compection as per MORTH specifiaction clause 509 complete all respects.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate as per approved querry conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. As per SOR Ch.-5 SI-2

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast as per approved querry in the proportion 1:1:5:3 (One part of Cement, 1.5 Part of Coarse Sand and 3 Part of 2cm Stone Grit) in culvrt slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work.

Supply fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure complete as per drawing & technical specification no. 1600 including bending binding and cost of binding wire etc. complete.

Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specifications (As per spec. 1300& 2200 & S.no.13.10)

15mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. (I) 1cement : 3 coarse sand

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in (1:2:4) Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.(as per Spec 1500,1700 & 2100)

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in (1:1.5:3) Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.(as per Spec 1500,1700 & 2100)

Providing and laying of weephole in brick massonary in abutment and wing wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structuer with slope of 1v:20 H toward drawing force complete as per drawing and technical specification (MORTH &H-13.8/2706&2200) including cost of all materials from approved quarry, T&P, labour, cess, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges and as per approved drawing of culvert.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone of size 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement (40mm thick floor)

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make such as Super snowcem, Durocem, Robiance, Guttucem, Supercem quality and of required shade on under coated wall surface (Two coat) over and including one coat white cement primer to give and even shade after thoroughly after brushing the surface.

Supply and Laying and fixing of 900 mm dia NP-3 H. Pipe in proper position as directed by E/I including cartage of pipes/collars upto 30m distance Including cost of pipes/collars.

Supply and Laying and fixing of 600 mm dia NP-3 H. Pipe in proper position as directed by E/I including cartage of pipes/collars upto 30m distance Including cost of pipes/collars.

Supply and Laying and fixing of 350 mm dia NP-3 H. Pipe in proper position as directed by E/I including cartage of pipes/collars upto 30m distance Including cost of pipes/collars.
