Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying of one number XLPE insulated PVC outer sheathed with galvanised round steel wire or steel stip armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4 x 50 sq.mm conforming to IS 1554 (Part-I) 1988 amended upto date.

Supplying and laying of one number FR PVC round sheathed copper conductor cable of size 4 core 16 sq.mm Make:Havels, code: WHMFDSKB4016 along with one number single core 16 Sq.mm HR FRPVC Copper conductor cable Make:Havels, code:WHFFDN..G1016. In open masonary duct or DWC pipe as required.

Supplying of Double Walled Corrugated high density polythelene pipe having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall conforming to IS 14930 Part-I and II of the following sizes.

Laying of one number Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe directly in ground at a depth of 50 cm including excavation and refilling etc. as required but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. a) Upto 90 mm outer dia.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, (three phase and neutal), 415 V, miniature circuit breaker (MCB), 'C' type in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc. as reuired. Similar in make: ANCHOR (Panasonic) Code: BBD4323CHH (32A)/BBD4633CHH (63A).

Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of L.T outdoor type self supported cubical LT Panel board of size not less then 800 x 500 x 300mm, dust and vermin proof made out of 1mm thick CRCA sheet with front and rear opening, double leaf hinged door with locking arrangement embedded in pcc 1:2:4 with 04 Nos. copper busbar strips of size 25 x 6x 300 mm fixed with insulators and makeing necessary arrangement for fixing energy meter. fixing of porceline cutouts 200 Amps 04 No's and 01 No. 4 pole 160 Amps load disconnector switch and making necessary interconnections with 16 Sq.mm copper cable & lugs sizes etc. as required. Busbar shall be provided with colour coded rubberized sleeves bands for phases and neutral identification and duly painted with two coats of metal primer and two coats of synthetic enamel and conforming to section 4 of CPWD specification for Electrical works part IV substation 2007 etc. complete as required.
