Dismantling and shifting of the Old Machine unit and Lifting new Machine unit from ground floor to top floor..

Supply & Installation of new Machine unit make Montenary 7.5 KW/ 10 HP including antiviabration rubber pad & Hightensil nut & bolt with proper alignment.

Fabrication of bed for the new Machine unit by necessary welding & making drilled holes on existing base channel .

S/F of 01 no new four grooved, 310 mm dia, 13 mm rope 4 nos groove, diverter pulley, 02 nos shaft & Stand ,01 no bolt, 01 no spring and 06 nos rope clamp and installaton of 01 no steel rope and & setting ride calibrated to 2:1 roping.

S & top up 5L of 220 Grade synthetic gear oil in reserver for gear unit.

Dismantling of Old Controller & S/F of New Microprocessor based Controller with Voice announcing system.

S/F new VVVF Drive, Input- 3 phase AC 380-480V, 21.9A, 50/60 Hz; Output- 3 phase AC 0-480V, 17A, 0-100 Hz, 7.5kw Make - Monarch Inovance MD500L-T7.5GBO

Necessary wiring from controller to new Machine unit

Necessary wiring from new controller to halfway junction box to car top junction box with additional 1 no 12 core 1 sqmm trailing cable. Additional wiring along with Existing wiring & replacement of sensor switches, top reset, bottom reset, direction limit switches, final limit switches, car top read switches, COP & LOP etc for proper working condition.

Suspending the cage & Counter Weight for dismantling the Main steel wire rope , supply & fixing Steel wire rope.( A) 37 Mtr. X 4 length Make Usha Martin. Bed-cum 15 Passenger Lift of (G+2) Cardiology Building. (2:1 Rooping). Total = 148 Mtr. With 4 Nos I- Bolt 6 Nos Spring Washer & 1 No. Hintchplate for Rope i- Bolt dezine change.

Suspending the Lift Cage & Counter weight for dismantling for replacement damaged bush & shaft the 2 Nos. Car on suspension pulley. Including refitting, adjusting and reassembling the same in good working condition.

Dismantling the suspension pulley by hydraulic press for squeeze condition of bush with shaft and by cutter and replacement of high tensil steel shaft 2 nos. and G.M. bush 2 nos. Custing welding and cutting for damaged housing in the 510 dia suspension pulley

Testing and commissioning of the whole lift before put into operation.
